Finn's POV:

I woke up with a rough headache.

I opened my eyes and glanced over to Caleb's bed, where he was still sleeping with a quiet snore. I rolled over to my night stand and picked my phone up. The time was 7:41 AM.

I quietly swung my legs over the edge of my bed, and stood so I could walk to the bathroom. I locked the door behind me, scratching my head as I saw my reflection in the mirror.

"God, what've you got yourself into..." I sighed, then turned on the shower. After taking off my pajamas and piling them in front of the door, I pulled back the shower curtain and stepped over the edge of the tub. The water collided with my skin like scorching hot tiny rocks, and I flinched as each drop burned into my pale complexion.

I reached over and turned the shower down until I found a comfortable temperature, and started humming a song that was stuck in my head.

"Aren't you something to admire, 'cause your shine is something like a mirror," I mumbled in tune, pumping shampoo from the large bottle, "And I can't help but notice, you reflect in this heart of mine."

I hummed some more of the song as I lathered shampoo in my messy hair.

"Just put your hand on the glass, I'm here trying to pull you through, you just gotta be strong," I sang a little louder, washing the soap out of my hair.

"'Cause I don't wanna lose you now," I belted the lyrics, closing my eyes tightly as the water ran down my face, "I'm looking right at the other half of me! The vacancy that sat in my heart, is a space that now you hold."

I tapped my foot to the beat, and squeezed a small bottle of conditioner onto my palm.

"Show me how to fight for now," I continued as I spread the cream through my tangled curls, "And I'll tell you, baby, it was easy coming back into you once I figured it out, You were right here all along."

"It's like you're my mirror!" I belted out the chorus, "My mirror staring back at me! I couldn't get any bigger, with anyone else beside of me. And now it's clear as this promise, that we're making, two reflections, into one!"

"'Cause it's like you're my mirror," I sang, my voice going quiet as I washed out the conditioner, "My mirror staring back at me."

"Staring back at me," I trailed off, turning the lever so the water stopped running. I pulled back the shower curtain, and grabbed a towel to dry my hair. I hung the towel back up, and took my navy robe from its hook on the back of the door. I picked up my pile of pajamas, and opened up the bathroom door. The cool air hit my face suddenly, unaccustomed to the steamy moist air in the shower. I realized Caleb wasn't in his bed anymore. I put my pajamas away, and tied my robe up before opening the bedroom door.

"IT'S LIKE YOU'RE MY MIRROR!" a bunch of voices sang, "MY MIRROR STARING BACK AT ME!"

Gaten, Caleb, Sadie, Noah, and Millie stood in various places throughout the living room and kitchen, belting out the song that I had been singing in the shower.

Was I really that loud?

"I couldn't get any bigger, with anyone else beside of me," Gaten sang solo.

"And now it's clear with this promise," Caleb joined in.

"That we're making, two reflections," Sadie piped up.

"Into one," Noah added.

"Cause it's like you're my mirror," Millie sang breathily, and the rest of the voices dropped out.

"My mirror staring back at me," she started towards me.

"Staring back at me," she lengthened out the ending, stopping right in front of me, so close that the tips of our toes were touching. Eyes on my lips, she brought a dainty hand to my jaw and crashed her mouth onto mine.
