I went to a kind of hole in the wall restaurant today.

A old lady ran it and her husband died and her son is studying abroad, she was very nice. She fed me well and let me stay and study for a few hours, after it closed I helped her clean up and she gave me a sweet treat, I promised I would come back tomorrow to help her clean up, she was really nice and I have no good other plans.

When I got home I realize I haven't gone shopping in a while and I needed toothpaste so I had to visit a place farther away from my apartment.

When I walked in it was fairly empty except for the random adults walking around. I grabbed my few things and some food items before heading to check out.

The old lady refused to ring me up, pointing out my nail polish.

I went home toothpaste-less that night.
