Return of the Elementals - SPOILERS!

I'm kinda going over my thought on RotE here, so IT DOES HAVE SPOILERS

This movie-special-whatever was awesome.

But not perfect.

It felt a tiny bit rushed- but that isn't exactly NerdCorps' fault that they could only do so much time.

Seriously though, it was like 'Eli and Junjie have a nightmare' to 'random ghouling' to 'message from Will' to 'TONS OF RANDOM BAD GUYS SHOW UP' in a really short amount of time :D

Now, the Goon Doc (I'm gonna call him the Goon for laziness's sake) teaming up with the DarkBane is cool. But how did he get to the Deep Caverns to do it? And why, of all people (ish), the DarkBane? Wasn't the Goon upset when he found out from Eli that they had been trying to enter Slugterra?

And then there's Blakk

Not complaining about that bad guy team up either

But holy crap guys, what in Hades happened to Dr. Blakk?!?! I get it, making him, uh, 'change' after being in the Deep Caverns makes sense.

But guys.

They over-did it.

Really, he looks like some weird mashup of a cave troll, a DarkBane, a ghouled person, and some guy on steroids (idk what the last one looks like but hey that's gotta be close)

Otherwise, bravo, he has the advanced Gattler thingy and can turn slugs into ghouls

Like

"Poke, you're ghouled."

Okay, moving on.

Man, Doc is just this amazing slug, huh.

First, a Healer. Then a guardian. Then an Elemental. Like what now can he morph into a human

I imagine him as an adorable human- okay I'm getting off topic

Guys, what would have happened if Eli hadn't saved Doc in The Slugout? :D

Okay

Everyone who was insisting that Blite was the New Dark Slinger- I saw that a LOT on YouTube comments- I would like to say...

HA HA LOL

I thought it was Will from the beginning

Magenta (magentaXsparks), you can vouch for me, the second I saw the trailer I called it

But everyone insisted it was Blite

Lol nope :3

I was so glad we finally got Will back, Will Shane was awesome. I mean, from the few minutes of screen time he ever got

But he and Eli didn't really have a touchy moment at all.

Sure, it was a little chaotic and there wasn't a great time for it, but if I had found out that my dad was NOT dead and was reunited with him I'd at least give the guy a hug

But whatever

And then we gotta send him back to the Deep Caverns.

Except I don't know why that happened. Eli had a Goon Doc aimed at him while he was holding the Elementals. You could see by the look on his face, he saw it. And he just stood there looking a little bit shocked and stuff

Like man I would have been moving my butt out of the dang way

Ugh and when Will went into the portal, poor Eli :( but Junjie took care of it

Junjie was pretty cool. He reminded me of Starling from Storm Hawks, not really getting the whole 'fun' thing, and being all serious. And slug fu was epic. A little weird. But epic.

And omg I totally thought Red Hook might have died, I really thought they would do it lol

But, Doc the Healer-guardian-Elemental came to the rescue once again :P

I liked that Red Hook was in it. He rocks.

"What movie do you like? Kisses from a Hoverbug?" [he's talking to the Goon]

#burn

Pronto wasn't as annoying as usual, either.

I mean, he kept stating the obvious fact that the holograph Will was just a holograph and that got annoying after a bit.

But he actually had some funny parts

"Who's the hobo?"

That got me cracking up so much. Because Kord and Trix already seemed to figure out who Will was, and they're beginning to freak out a bit, and then there's Pronto

Will did look like a hobo, though...

So I just rewatched it

The ending doesn't get any better after the third time

In fact I'm pretty sure it's just worse

Eli's face...

Ugh

Overall, great movie, I await more! :)

Like really I need more now. There's one more movie and then SEASON 4 (according to an interview and stuff)

GUYS MY LITTLE SISTER JUST CAME UP TO ME AND GAVE A MAJOR HEAD CANON AND IF IT WAS TRUE I WOULD FREAK OUT

Her: "Wouldn't it be awesome if 'Will' was actually just Twist or the Game Master, messing around with Eli? And then when Eli will go to all ends of Slugterra to save him, PLOT TWIST, it's not his dad."

And I'm working on the comic of Alana's ice bucket challenge, that should be done soon
