Greer' head laid on my chest, while her breathing indicated that she was sleeping. I looked down at her and softly smiled.
Something back in mine mind screamed that she Dinnea told her full story to us but I couldn't figure it out what that was.
"Jamie whit dae ye think about her?" Dougal asked making a head montion towards her.
"I Dinnea ken yet," I told him the truth. "She looks like a Shipwreck survivor." I answered honestly.
"Strange clothing for one?" Rupert behind me noticed. "Purple undergarments with black flowers on it, no corset. Either those Dutch people have a weird fashion sense or she is lying."
I opened the plaid a bit and looked at her clothing. The neckline was low cut and it looked like the top part was wrapped around her chest. There was indeed no sign of corset only a grey coloured small piece of fabric with a bow.
"Oi Jamie if ye keep looking at her tits she might wake up from yer hard one," Angus called and I looked over my shoulder towards him with a death glare.
"Haud yer wheesht or she might wake up from ye." I said and focused myself in front of the road.
If I thought it couldn't any worser Greer moved and let out a sound that sounded like a moan. This to the hilarity of the men with whom I was traveling.
"Aye atleast waited 'til she woke up Jamie," Rupert joked. "I wonder if she is still a virgin, I would love to figure that one out."
"Oi no one is touching her unless she wants it," I warnend. "For all we know she is of value for us and if we scare her off we might have wasted it."
"Jamie is right," Dougal supersingly agreed with me. "But that doesn't mean I don't want a taste of her, but as long she is here we might hold her as a friend. She doesn't seems like a person to be tempered with."
That shut up the group, we rode in silence apart from some jokes if Greer let a sound go in her sleep.
The sun rose and bright red light shone upon us, making me look down at her Greer.
Her hair was beside the mud in it. a light ash brown colour with superisingly some medium reddish streaks in it.
I was so got up in how light played with the colours that I didn't noticed she had woken up.
"Verdomme," softly escaped from her lips when she looks around.
"Whit?" I asked and she almost jumped out of the saddle. "Sorry,"
"Nothing just nothing," she answered embraced and she moved with her hips over the saddle. "This is quit uncomfortable," she confessed. "It was not in the beginning but now it is, It's feels like I have wooden arse."
"Whit?" I asked dumbstruck again by her choice of words.
"Something Dutch," she smiled and the looked troubled. "Can we ehhh stop for a small moment?" she asked a wee bit embarrassed. "I eeh need to empty my bladder."
I hold my horse in and immediately the rest stopped.
"Jesus Jamie," Dougal sweared. "Better have a good reason for ye the stop here in the middle of the light on an open field."
"The lass needs tae pee,' I jumped of my horse and helped her off.
without a word I guided her off the group and the politely walked a few steps away with my back turned to her.
I heared her swear and mutter something in her mother language and I softly smiled while I waited until she return.
"Do you have by any change some water with you?" she asked polite and I looked at her.
"Why?" I raised my eyebrow. "Thirsty?"
"No I need to wash my hands." she answer and I raised my eyebrows even more.
"No, only whiskey, maybe the other men would have it." I answered but she ripped the flask off my hips and poured some on her hands while she washed them.
"Alcohol would do." She smiled and I smiled back.
"Oi Jamie unless ye want to get caught we should move." Dougal called from the stopping place.
"Ready for an other couple of hours in the saddle?" I asked and she looked troubled.
"Not really but I have to apparently," we walked back. "What will happen with me if we reached Leoch?" she asked and I softly laughed at her prouncing of Leoch.
"I dinnea ken but yer not going to be a prisoner that's for sure," I promised her while I helped her back on the horse and climbed myself after her. "But dinnea fash about it now lass," I said. "I think the Head houskeepster gives ye a good wash and a dinner for an entire year before we set ye off on yer journey to Ireland."
She hestitad to say something but she bite her lip and looked before and I could clearly feel that she was tense.
Something was up with her and I was going to figure it out.
