We walked around some more. There was nothing I could do for phone... he was already dead.
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I tried to hold myself together as best as I could. I need to focus now... they aren't coming back...
We all entered a large room- pillars here and there.. markings on the wall as well.
".. what do u think these markings mean?" Minute asked moving his hand across the wall full of strange and odd markings.
"I dont know what the markings mean- they're in a different langue it would seem. Though this I kind of understand." Spider said next to minute pointing to the wall.
I glanced over at them. It wasn't markings he was pointing to. It was some kind of illustration. It had an xenomorph in it- on the ground fighting a human like alien. One we haven't seen.
"So.. what does it mean...?" I asked in a weak and unsteady voice. He looked back at me before saying, 'I can only guess but it seems like these two alien races dont like each other... I think this other creature owns or made this temple with thoughts of killing the xenomorphs? Its only theory though..'
"It's still a possibilit-" minute was cut off by a loud 'SKREE' sound.... it came from behind me.
In a swift motion, I turned around seeing an xenomorphs sitting atop the wall that was behind me.
I felt the blood drain from my face...
Its shoulder had green blood pretty much leaking from it, burning the ground. The one I shot...
It looked at me and only me as I took a step back now as went to grab the alien-like gun. I pulled it out hoping my aim wasn't going to fail me this time.
"GHAAAA!!" I heard a scream behind me- it startled me... making me shoot.
I missed the alien in front of me which made it scurry back into where it had come from.
I turned back around to find minute halfway across the room.. unconscious.
Then I saw spider dodging attacks from a large human like alien...
It had two claws coming out from its wrists as it swung at spider who was jumping and twisting around... avoiding all of its attacks.
I started to run over, I had to help...
A heavy object.. or should I say thing landed on my back. Pinning me to the group stopping me from reaching spider. I glanced over my shoulder to see it was the alien with the bad shoulder... again... >;((
