15. Caught in a Lie

Miyeon's POV
Yeonjun went out his room, looking confused, frustrated and worried.
"What's with your face, Yeonjun hyung?" Taehyun asked.

"Um, Miyeon, do you have a boyfriend?" Yeonjun asked.
I was suprised by his sudden question.

"No." I replied and his eyes widened.
"Why?" I asked.

"Do you know someone called Choi Hyunsuk?" He asked.
My blood was boiling.

"Y-yeah. He WAS my best friend." I said.
"Well..he's going here right now, he told me that you're his girlfriend and he has been looking for you." He said.

That little shit.
"He's lying. He betrayed me and lied to me." I said.

"Well, he's coming in 5 minutes or less." Yeonjun said then sat down.
After 3 minutes, we heard a knock on the door.

"Don't open!" Yeonjun mouthed.
"Yeonjun!! Open this door, I know you're in there." Hyunsuk said.

Yeonjun stood up and grabbed my hand and went to his room.
"Hide in the bathroom." He whispered, I followed.

I went inside the bathroom.
It was a really clean and nice bathroom so I don't have any problems with it.

First, Hyunsuk betrays me and now, he told Yeonjun that I'm his girlfriend. Wow!
3rd Person's POV

Yeonjun went out of the room, signalling Soobin to open the door.
Soobin was confused yet he opened the door for Hyunsuk anyway.

"Why didn't you open the door? Why just now?" Hyunsuk asked, shoving Soobin out his way.
"Well...long story." Yeonjun said with a frown.

He didn't like seeing or talking to his brother, Hyunsuk was the reason why their parents divorced.
And, Hyunsuk was also the reason why their mother commited suicide and Yeonjun's old friends bullied him.

Yeonjun would always be alone, since Hyunsuk was in clubs or bars, drinking, having fun with his friends who are a bad influence and making out with girls.

Hyunsuk would always go home at 2-4am almost everyday, with a different girl, a few girls or even all of his friends. They would make fun of Yeonjun, he felt devastated.

But, Hyunsuk changed when he entered Nuri High School and he also said he would change because of Jongdam University.

Yeonjun didn't mention that he knew Miyeon, since Hyunsuk always talked about her when he was nicer and smarter.

Yeonjun was happy that Miyeon was with Hyunsuk, because, Hyunsuk said that Miyeon was the main reason why he changed. But now, everything bad may come back.

"Okay..where's Miyeon?" Hyunsuk asked.
"She left already. She said she wanted to visit her friends first since her phone died." Yeonjun said.

"When did she leave?" Hyunsuk asked.
"When I was at my room talking to you, Hueningkai and Beomgyu said that she left already." Yeonjun said.

"Really, Kai and Gyu?" Hyunsuk asked.
"Yeah." Hueningkai and Beomgyu replied.

"Okay..mind if I check your apartment?" Hyunsuk asked.
Holy shit..oh no!! Yeonjun thought.

"Sure." They all replied. Hyunsuk checked all corners. Here and there. No one.
Now..last stop is Yeonjun and Beomgyu's shared room.

"None so far..impressive hiding, Miyeon!" Hyunsuk shouted.
Miyeon, on the other hand, rolled her eyes.

Now, it's time for Hyunsuk to check the bathroom.
As he was gonna turn the doorknob, his phone rang.
