25. Amusement Park

Miyeon's POV
-The Next Day-

Yet again, Minyoung was acting suspicious.
"Minyoung, you okay? It's looks like you're hiding something." I said.

She looked up at me with nervous eyes.
"Well, yes..I'm hiding a secret." She said. I KNEW IT!

"What is it?" I asked.
"Well...I know this is not that secretive or intense but..Yoonbin..after I cried yesterday, he comforted me and hugged me and it looked like he was the sweetest guy in the world. It also seemed like we were a couple.." She said.

"Oh...that's really sweet, actually." I said then she smiled.
Minyoung's POV

I couldn't say Seunghun's secret since it was not the right timing yet.
I lied to her immediately.

Miyeon's POV
-After school-

"I'm gonna go now, guys." I said.
"What? Why?" Ryeojin asked.

Minyoung was not here, she had 'duties' in the library.
Chaeyoung, she already went home because she had a family emergency.
Yedam and Byounggon, they were cleaning the boy's rest room for being noisy in class.

"I mean, everyone's gone and I'm really hungry." I said.
"Um..okay. I mean, I'm also gonna go because Lisa and Jennie wants to go to the mall with me." Ryeojin said then grabbed her bag.

"Okay. Take care. See you later." I said then she smiled and left already.
While walking to the bus stop, someone grabbed my wrist and turned me around.

"Hyunsuk!" I said.
"Yes~ wanna go to the café? Since you said you were hungry." He said.

"Well..okay!" I said excitingly.
-At the café-

Hyunsuk ordered a pie and a coffee.
I ordered a small cake and a milkshake.

"Are you tired or sleepy?" He asked.
"Um..not really. Why?" I said.

"Wanna go to the amusement park after this?" He questioned.
"Of course!" I said.

After we ate, we immediately headed to the amusement park.
"Where do you wanna go first?" Hyunsuk asked.

"Um..could we get ice cream first?" I asked.
"What? We just ate, Myeon." He said.

"Pwease~" I said doing aegyo.
"Fine.." He said then we went to get ice cream.

"What flavor do you want?" Hyunsuk asked.
"Vanilla!" I replied excitingly.

After we ate the ice cream, we were ready to go to the rides already.
"What time is it?" I questioned.

"5:03, why?" He said.
"I have to go home at 6:30pm sharp, though.." I said.

"So what? We can just go on 2 rides or 3. It's up to you." He said.
"Let's just go on 2 rides." I replied then smiled.

"Let's go there." I said, pointing to a medium sized rollercoaster.
He gulped before answering, "okay." he said.

"Are you scared?"

"Why would I be scared?"

"You literally gulped, Hyunsuk."

"Whatever. Let's just go.." He said then we went on the rollercoaster.
"I can do this, I can do this.." He mumbled.

I held his hand and intertwined my fingers with his.
"Just hold my hand, okay? You'll calm down." I said.

He looked at our hands and blushed.
"T-thanks.." He said then the rollercoaster started moving.

He was closing his eyes the whole time while I was screaming.
After that, we decided to go to the ferris wheel.

"Now, it's my time to be scared. I'm scared of heights." I said.
"It's okay~ it's normal." He said then it started.

"Wow~" we both said while looking at the view.
"The view looks so beautiful. Wanna take a picture?" He said.

"Sure." I replied while he took his phone out.
"Wait, am I blocking the view too much?" I asked.

"No, you are the view. So beautiful and stunning." He said. (cheesy hyunsuk)
I blushed at his statement and he finished taking pictures.

I rested my head on his shoulder.
"Thank you, Hyunsuk. For being such a great best friend." I said.

"Thank you too. And...you're welcome." He said then we both smiled brightly.

But, I didn't even know that someone was watching us, heart breaking.

Junkyu's POV

Why my best friend, Han Miyeon?

Why not me?

If you just knew, I'm falling in love with you.
