Chapter 3.0 - Lost Memory

In a cave in an unknown location, lies a tree that is said that can give eternal life when its fruit is eaten. Beside the tree, a girl is standing beside it, looking at the tree. The tree began to emit beautiful lights using its leaves.

All of the sudden, a huge explosion occured above the tree and huge debris started to fall.

Princess Arturia suddenly wakes up.

"Who was that... and what was that dream all about..?" Said Arturia.

Meanwhile...

Ace and the others are on their way back to the Kingdom.

Ezra and the others couldn't believe that Ace was alive and well, not to mentioned that he matured.

(That night..)

Ace was at the deck and was looking at the sky full of stars.

"Can't sleep huh" said Julie.

Ace glanced at her.

"Looks like we're the same" said Ace.

"Mind if I join you?" She asked.

"Sure, go on ahead" Ace replied.

Julie stood beside Ace, and both of them looked at the starry sky.

"The sky's beautiful. But, sometimes looking at it makes me think a lot of things" said Julie.

"Like what?" Ace asked.

"Like, how I ended up in this situation. How about you? Have you ever wondered about it?" She asked.

"I do, wonder about it. I often ask why me of all people. All I ever wanted was to have a normal life, but what happened was the exact opposite" said Ace.

Julie was speechless.

"But hey, look on the brightside, thanks to it, I get to meet all of you and that is enough" said Ace.

Julie felt happiness deep inside on what Ace just said.

"It's starting to get chilly here, I'll go back inside. Don't stay out too long" said Julie as she head inside with a smile on her face.

"Got it" said Ace.

An hour later...

Ace is still outside.

"Maybe it's time I go back inside" said Ace.

When he was about to open the door, he heard a sound coming from the upper deck.

Ace cautiously walked towards it to see who is still there at that time.

When he took a peek, a gun was pointed at him.

A masked man was standing before him.

"Who are you" said Ace.

"I'm looking for the key. Where is she" said the masked person.

"I don't know what or who you are talking about, but..."

Ace quickly grab the gun and pinned down the masked person.

"...I'm pretty sure you chose the wrong boat to steal from" said Ace.

All of the sudden, the masked person turned to smoke.

Whe the smoke clears, Ace was suddenly surprised that he was holding down a time bomb.

"What the-!" Said Ace as he immediately threw it to the sky.

It blew up and the explosion was strong.

Ace felt a gun aimed behind him. And he immediately dodged it.

The bullet went straight at the ocean and it also exploded and as strong as the time bomb.

"Very impressive, but I must take my leave" said the masked person.

"Wait! Come back here!" Said Ace.

But the masked person disappeared without a trace.
