"Ugh!" I groaned and threw myself on Diego's bed but soon a happy and absolutely mischievously satisfying smile creeped onto my face at the thought of what I did to make him pay for bossing me around.

After the earlier argument with Diego, he stormed out on me, not giving me a chance to protest, leaving me with my new bodyguard alone.

"Mrs. Henderson?" The bodyguard approached me while I stood in the kitchen, looking at Diego storming out to who knows where.

"My name is Warren, I'm gonna-"

"Go mind your own damn business." I cut him off a bit rudely when my eyes snapped to him. "I don't need your puppy ass to protect me."

I passed around him, planing on storming out but my inner voice scolded me for my rudeness right away so I stopped at the doorway into the hall.

Don't be angry at him. Don't take your frustration out on him.

I shut my eyes closed and took a deep breath in before I turned back to Warren.

"I apologize." I said more calmly. "I didn't mean to be rude, it's just..."

"I understand, Mrs. Henderson." Warren gave me a quick bob of his head, offering me a smile.

"Since you're stuck with me now, just call me Brienne." I smiled politely and went over to the kitchen counter.

"Have you been drinking any alcohol lately?" I asked once I grabbed my bag from a barstool along the way. "Say, in the last twenty four hours?"

Warren stiffened, confused, yet slightly alarmed expression on his face when I looked at him. "Definitely not, Mrs. Henderson."

"Hmm..." I frowned at his dedication on calling me that, but I said nothing to that. I had to stick with my plan. "Take a seat Warren." I smiled at him, motioning my hand towards the kitchen island.

"I'm making myself a cup of tea, would you like some?" I asked as I turned around, placing my bag onto the counter where I needed it for later and grabbed a kettle instead, filling it with water.

"No, I'm fine, thank you."

I grimaced in exasperation at his words before I turned to face him, placing a polite smile onto my face.

"You wouldn't want me to feel offended, would you? I make a brilliant tea." I reasoned and before he could say anything, I quickly added a few more reasons.

"I'd like to ask you a few questions so I could get to know you better. You must understand that it won't be easy for me to have somebody following me everywhere, at least if I know some things about you, I might feel less...anxious."

I kept my polite smile on my face while looking at him, waiting for his answer.

"A cup of tea would be nice." He finally said and my smile grew even wider.
