How You Meet: You moved to the Capital when you turned 18. Effie Trinket had been the one to introduce you two. She brought you to the apartment room he was staying at. A handsome blonde man sitting on a couch, bottle in hand. He looked at you and smirked, then stood up and walked over.
"Haymitch Abernathy. What's your name, angel?" he asked, kissing the back of your hand. You blushed.
"Y/N L/N, Mr. Abernathy. Nice to meet you." He chucked a bit and stood up straighter. Geez, he was a lot taller than you.
"Please, Y/N. Call me Haymitch." You nodded and looked at Effie, who was smiling slightly. It was awkward until Effie broke it.
"Well, I have to take Y/N somewhere else. Ok, bye!"
"Bye Haymitch," you said. "It was nice meeting you!"
"The pleasure's all mine, Y/N." You looked back before Effie literally dragged you out of the room to see Haymitch staring at you, a smirk plastered on his handsome face.

All of you were hanging out in your apartment when one of your friends got the idea to do a song. He chose Friend Like Me. You all started singing and it was awesome. When the song ended. You heard clapping coming from behind you. You whipped your head around and saw Haymitch standing there smirking and clapping. All of your friends laughed as he came over and kissed you.
