It's okay to not be moved on, even though it's been a few months.
It's okay to be sad, even though you know you didn't deserve some of what happened.
It's okay to smile at the good parts, even though it ended in disaster.
It's okay to still love them, even though they're gone.
It's okay to let yourself feel the pain, even though you need to learn to let it go.
It's okay to still have hope, even though they seem too far gone.
All of this and so much more is okay, but remember always that you are stronger then you may feel.
