Taking Toni Out

Since it was Saturday, I took Toni out shopping. It was still the weekend of her birthday, and I wanted to spoil her the entire weekend. I lived to spoil her.

I didn't want Toni to see what I was getting her, so I had her go to the other side of the store-until she decided to go to a different store- so she could get something with her money, because she's been wanting to go shopping for a while.

"Alright, I'll be here if you need me." I said kissing Toni's forehead.

"Okay, I actually want to look at the store across from here, so I'll be over there."

"Okay. Meet me here when you're done, or I'll meet you there if I get done first."

"Okay, I'll see you in a bit." Toni said as she kissed me quick and walked to the store across from the one I was at.

I was in Forever 21. It was one of Toni's favorite stores. Everything I bought her was from Forever 21; everyone that worked there knew me and Toni since we became teenagers.

It took me almost an hour to find the perfect items for Toni. I got her an orange shirt with a black cat  wearing glasses reading a book with the saying "Be Nice To Nerds" on it, I got her a pair of black jean shorts, white feathered earrings, a while hooded jacket, black converse and a bracelet with the letter 'L' on it for Lucy.

After buying everything, I met up with Toni in the store across from Forever 21, which was the Jack Wills store. Toni always bought me stuff in there.

"Looks like I beat you. I'm done!" I smiled while lifting my shopping bag.

"Me too. I was just looking around in case I liked anything else." She smiled.

From the smile on Toni's face, it was easy to tell that she bough something, especially since she was in the men's section of the store. It was kind of obvious.

"You bought me something didn't you?" I asked with a smile. Toni wasn't great at hiding things from me.

"Ugh, why can't I hide things as well as you can?" Toni fake pouted.

"Because, that;s how you are, and you just can't wait to give me what you got me." I smiled.

"I love how you know everything about me." She smiled back.

"Well that's my job isn't? I have to know everything about my best friend and girlfriend. It's in my handbook." I joked.

"Your handbook?" Toni asked me with one of her eyebrows raised.

"All best friends and boyfriends have secret handbooks." I said trying to be serious, but Toni laughed because she knew I was joking.

"So only guys have handbooks?"

"Only the guys who want to treat a lady right." I smirked while I leaned down to kiss Toni. She was four inches shorter than me. I was 5'10 and Toni was 5'6, but I find it cute that she's shorter than me, because it's easier to cuddle her.

"You're such a suck up!" Toni said trying hard not to smile.

"I'm no suck-up. Harry Styles may be a spoiler, but he is no suck-up."  I said being dramatic.

"Whatever you say Mr. Drama Queen." Toni chuckled as she grabbed my hand that was free and walked out of the store.

We sat down at a nearby bench and gave each other the bags with what we bought each other inside. My bag was rather light, but I wasn't expecting Toni to buy me anything.

I opened the bag up and saw an orange sweater, which happened to be my favorite color. I pulled it out and noticed it was the right size, it had a hood and a pocket pouch and a 'JW' on the right shoulder. It was definitely my new favorite sweater because it came from Toni. I put it on right after I looked at it, and hugged Toni afterwards right after thanking her.
