CHAPTER 13
NARRATIVE

The gang decided to chill at Alejandro's place which worked for me because of was next door. Mattia was making tiktoks, and the rest were doing whatever.

"Look at this dude." Alejandro jokes teasing Mattia for making tiktoks. Causing Mattia to roll his eyes out of slight annoyance.

"You won't be saying that when I have clout." Mattia chuckles turning his phone off to take a break.

"I just came up with a great idea." I state getting everyone's attention and suggest, "we should make a bet to see who gets tiktok famous first."

Kairi nods seeming to like the thought, while Roshaun, Alejandro, Alexia shrug unsure of the idea.

"I like that, but Mattia kind of has a head start." Alvaro adds pointing out, "and who knows if he already blew up."

"Shut the fuck up, I haven't even posted any. Plus Monae could just use her boyfriend for clout." Mattia replies with a laugh.

"Hector isn't my boyfriend, please. I'm also not about that clout chasing life." I state rolling my eyes at the idea, imagine being that thirsty.

"So twenty bucks each?" Alejandro questions and we all agree to it.

"So how are we doing this, like first one to get on the for you page or get 1 million views or followers?" I ask curiously so nobody else is confused.

"I think 1 million views is most fair, I mean what chance do we have of getting 1 million followers?" Alvaro states with a shrug and we nod.

We spent half the rest of the night together making tiktoks ad getting annoyed because most of them sucked. But it was fun and all I cared about was having fun at this point.

"Y'all the pizzas here." Alejandro states when the doorbell rings, rushing out of the room with the money we chimed in for it.

"We should turn the movie on." I suggest hopping onto Alejandro's bed next to Alexia and Kairi who were talking between each other.

"Okay you love birds we get it." Mattia teases the two who shake their heads and look away kind of embarrassed.

"Love that they both like each other and they're the only ones who don't know." I chuckle quietly to Mattia who chuckles with me before Ale, Alvaro and Roshaun comeback with the pizza and other important items.

We each grab a slice and play the movie. Only to end up not paying much attention to it and messing around with each other. It felt nice to socialize with Mattia, out of all the times we've hung out we didn't get to talk much.

"Wait you know Italian? I swear I be the only one sometimes." Mattia chuckles remembering I had mentioned that earlier in the conversation.

"Yeah, when I lived in France my dad taught me and said that if I got any good he'd take me to Italy." I reply with a shrug, "but it never happened, it's cool though because I understand money now."

"Or were you just bad?" Mattia teases as I see a glimpse of Ale rolling his eyes. Ignoring it because it probably has nothing to do with me.

Alejandro had moved besides me, opposite side from Mattia and joined in on our conversation. Mattia immediately looking annoyed, I know they just had beef but like still.

While we sat there nobody said anything, like they were having a stare off and talking shit in their minds. I chuckle out loud at the thought and they send me a confused look.

"Y'all dead or some?" I question jokingly with a laugh and the two finally snap out of whatever trance they were in. Mattia's facial expressions softening and getting off the bed to grab something.

Mattia barely coming back besides me, Alejandro says, "I think everyone should get going, I'm getting tired." He said as he got off the bed and cleans up the room a bit while everybody looks around confused.

As everyone starts heading out Alejandro waves me over to him to talk or something, but I feel a hand grab mine and pull me out the room with everyone else. Lowkey made me have butterflies, hadn't touched a guys hand since I don't even know.

Don't know why I didn't go back to the room though.

tbh I didn't know how to end it but I'm feeling this ig, sorry if this is boring I was sure as hell tired and bored writing this so I might've made it boring.
