Thea's POV
I honestly just followed the sound of Rey's lightsaber movements, and if I didn't know she was training I would've thought she was in trouble. She came into my view moments later, me still being hidden from hers, and I just leaned on the tree with my arms crossed watching the scene before me unravel.
She became frustrated at the combat droid that was more near me than her, and she threw her lightsaber and I watched as it acted like a boomerrang around her, coming towards me, and cutting a tree or two in the process.
Alright, that's enough.
I stepped into view when the lightsaber was about to cut my head off, grabbing it, before disabling it. She looked puzzled at the fact that it didn't come back, turning around to see the problem, and was met with me. I raised an eyebrow at her before shoving the swatting the practice droid to the ground, smashing it in the process. Oops.
"Now, I know Leia didn't give you her brother's saber for training so you could cut down some trees," I commented and watched her run to me, practically tackling me in a hug.
"You're back. You're here! I can't believe it!" she cried into my shoulder. I laughed.
"Come on. You know me better than that, sis. I simple hole through my body couldn't stop me," I joked. "Besides, I couldn't leave my sister behind. Not when I haven't even offered to train her," and she pulled away from me instantly and looked me in the eyes with such excitement.
"You're kidding?! Seriously?! Ahh," she cheered and I laughed at her reaction before going serious.
"Now, if I give this back to you will you promise to stop cutting trees down with it," and glanced over at BB-8," and not hurt BB-8 in the process." She looked over at the droid who was hit by the fallen tree and gasped, running to help him.
