Everyone stared at me at silence. I simply kept smiling at them.

I could hear them think. It's takes a lot of focus for to hear their thoughts, but I can do it. As the day went on, I actually became a student. Participating, asking questions, taking notes, and I actually made some friends during lunch time. This.....

He seems to act like himself. Could he have remembered everything? I go up to him and he smiles.

Deku: "Hey Kacchan!"

Too bright. It's been awhile since I've seen him smile like that...

Bakugou: "De—I mean, Izuku, can I talk with you for a bit?"

Deku: "Sure."

I take him into the hallway. Away from the living room where everyone is.

Bakugou: "Izuku, have you remembered everything?"

Deku: "Not really....I cant seem to recall anything about you or how I met the league of villains."

Bakugou: "I see..."

He's probably trying not to remember me and the league must've done something to erase their tracks.

Deku: "But, I remember you when we were kids. How we would always play. I can't remember when you started calling me Deku, or how we even grew apart. I don't know why I had such a grudge against you. Do you know?"

Bakugou: "Yeah, who knows. It's been so long I don't quite remember either."

I lied. I don't want him to be hurt because of me again. If he can begin from scratch. Then I don't mind that.

Deku: "Then lets be friends again."

Bakugou: "Again?"

Deku: "We were friends. Right?"

I look at his hand.

Bakugou: "Yeah."

Not on my watch. It's a good thing I took blood from some UA students. I know Shigaraki doesn't want Deku back. Especially now that everyone talks about him more than us now. If we join forces we can take credit for whatever Deku is planning. I know who could help. I go through my phone looking for her. Ah! There she is.

T: I need that favor you owe me

?: Okay, what do you need?

T: I need you to help get my friend back

?: Why would you need my help?

T: I need your quirk to make him who he was

?: Alright

Deku: "Alright, time for bed Eri."

Eri: "What about you?"

Deku: "I need to study for a quiz tomorrow."

She just stared at me.

Deku: "What?"

Eri: "I like you more like this."

Deku: "Huh?"

Eri: "I mean I liked you before but now, I like you even more! You're turning into a true hero now!"

Deku: "I guess so..."

I don't feel so confused as before. I actually feel happy.

Deku: "Alright, time for bed."

Eri: "Okay. Night Deku."

Deku: "Goodnight, Eri-chan."

I set her to sleep and I could hear her snore. I guess she had a lot of fun today. I pull out the chair at the desk and take out my notes. As I mumble it to myself I can hear something. I look back and see no one. As I look back at my notes, I can't help but smile.

Deku: "Yeah, I'll be the number one hero."

???: "That's what you think? You are delusional."

Deku: "Huh? WAI—!"
