Epilogue

BLEU'S P.O.V.

Thirteen years later.

In this world full of negativity and cruelty, I met the man who made everything positive and worthwhile seeing.

Sa paglipas ng pahanon, we aren't getting any younger and now, we are watching our children as they celebrate their 18th birthday.

My little Brynn is now grown up into a gorgeous lady and my little Enoch is now grown up into a head-turner lad.

Blue and I couldn't stop ourselves smiling from ear to ear as we watch them enter the venue.

We heard a warm greeting of applause from the crowd as they smile at our children.

Everyone's here. Everyone's present right now.

"Parang kailan lang, ako pa nagpapalit ng lampin ng dalawang 'yan", natatawang sabi ni Kant

"It's as if they're just kids yesterday and now, wow. I must say, sakin nagmana ang dalawa kong inaanak", sambit naman ni Stefan

Napatawa na lang kami sa sinabi niya. Hindi pa rin nagbabago. Kwela pa din.

"Parang dati lang, kami pa nag-aalaga sa dalawang 'yan para lang makapag-date kayo ah", sabat ni Slate

Napatawa na lang ulit kami ni Blue matapos marinig iyon.

As time passed by, whenever Bleu and I go to dates, to the four of them always volunteer to take care of the kids. Gustong-gusto naman nilang inaalagaan 'yong dalawa.

"For sure, Enoch is breaking so many hearts already. Baka nga mas malala pa 'yang si Brynn", natatawang sabi ni Devon

Napangiti na lang ako sa sinabing iyon ni Devon.

Hindi sa pagmamayabang, pero tama naman ang sinabi niya.

I've seen how stressed Enoch was as he grows up. Everytime uuwi siya, nakabusangot siya, asking us how would he push those girls away from him? Nakakatawa, pero totoo. He doesn't have time to entertain any of those who likes him. He's too focused on his studies to even have just one crush.

Si Brynn naman, katulad pa rin nung bata siya. Suplada at walang pakialam sa mundo. Kung gaano kadami na ang ni-reject ni Enoch, siguro ay mas marami pa ron ang na-busted na ni Brynn. She got the looks and the brain. Who wouldn't fall for my little girl, right?

"Sus. Dadaan muna sakin at kay Enoch yung lalake bago pa makalapit kay Brynn", sabi ni Blue

"Masyado ka namang strikto sa anak mo. Hayaan mo siyang mag-enjoy sa pagkadalaga", sabat ko kay Blue

"Na uh. Even Brynn would agree with me", sagot ni Blue

Couldn't agree more. Daddy's girl kasi si Brynn at Mommy's boy naman si Enoch.

"I love you love", biglang bulong ni Blue matapos niya kong hilahin palapit sa kanya

Napangiti na lang ako habang pinagsasakop niya ang kamay naming dalawa.

"I love you more, you know that", bulong ko sa kanya

"And I love you most, you know that too", he said as he chuckled
