Hector
Harry and Bradley dragged me to a bar, after I left Stella's. We each had a beer in front of us.
We talked work, I told them about Stella.
"You are the weirdest, man," Harry said. "You can't ask a girl out, but the second date, and then you can take her hand. If she hadn't been nervous, I bet you kissed her?"
I nodded. "Hesitant." I corrected.
"Yeah whatever," Bradley said.
I took a sip of my beer.
"And you're hanging out next weekend too?" Harry asked.
"Yeah. I mean, you're both busy too."
"True," Harry muttered.
"But that doesn't mean it's a smart move to hang out every weekend!" Bradley interjected.
I sighed. "Bradley, how often did you hang out with Kelly, before you moved in together? Exactly! You hung out every day!"
"He's got a point," Harry added. "And it's one day a week. Why not more?"
"She was in that accident and is too tired."
"Ah!" Harry said. "What are you going to cook for her? You can't cook, man."
"Hey, it's edible."
We all laughed.
"Something simple."
"Ya think?"
