wow so apparently I'm super oblivious to obvious clues given to me and when the truth is revealed, only then I understand everything.

*sigh* Typical stories with mysteries.

I mean hello, there are so many obvious clues that even dumb people like me can figure out.

Writers, try improving how you write your mystery books. There's such thing as ReSeArCh.

Scenario:

Blue eyes... brown hair... pale skin... sunken cheeks... who could it be?

"Hey," my partner yelled, his blue eyes twinkling at me.

"Oh hey Donald," I greeted back, leaning back in my chair.

"So umm...," he stuttered, dragging his hand through his brown hair.

"What is it?"

"Daisy... I-I-" he gulped, fingers dancing over his pale skin.

I sighed. "Donald, just say it."

"I-I love you...," he admitted, puffing his sunken cheeks.

"You know I don't love you back, I have a fiancé. I'm sorry, I need to get back to the case," I stated, turning my back to him and poured over the files again.

Who was it?

Lmao, authors tend to drag out the clues over several chapters, but they're still as obvious as the nose on your face.

ps. I have almost 15 clichés preplanned 🙈
