My heart skips a beat when Nico slowly entered my room. His silhouette matched with the dazzling light from the moon. I can't help but admire his physique even in the dark.

Nico scratched his head and smiled at me. I don't know if I will smile back, heck! I don't even know what to do or what to react! I haven't seen him for two weeks and during those times, I kept on thinking negative things about our relationship.

Nakaramdam ako ng tampo at sakit ng makita ko siya.

"Love..." he whispered in a husky voice.
He was about to hold my arms when I moved back on my bed to get away from him. He looked shocked. Sadness was evident in his almond eyes.

Umiling ako at tinakluban ang sarili ko ng aking comforter. Naiirita ako ngayon dahil matagal siyang walang paramdaman.

Tumikhim siya at tumitig sa aking mga mata. The moonlight is kissing his face.

"I guess, this is what I get for giving my kidney to you." he said and looked away.

What? Am I hearing him right? Kidney? What does he mean by that? I don't get it!

"K-Kidney? Anong sinasabi mo?" I questioned him. Kumunot ang noo ko. He sighed.

"You we're caught in an accident remember? Both of your kidneys are damaged. They need to be replaced immediately because your damaged kidneys are releasing toxic fluids in your body."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko dahil sa sinabi niya. Nanginginig ang kamay ko nang chineck ko ang aking tagiliran. Halos mahimatay ako ng makita ko ngang may bakas ako ng tahi dito.

I looked at Nico again while tears are escaping through my eyes. I am searching for answers. I can't believe it! I don't know what to do anymore! I feel so hopeless.

"There is no extra kidney in the hospital so I donated my left kidney for you. I want you to live, Love. I want you to stay here with me. To sleep in my arms. I want to rub your back until you fall asleep. To wake up and see you first thing in the morning. I want to build my own family with you. You are my life love. I would do anything for you, even if it will cause me my everything. As long as it is for you, then I will gladly have no hesitations."

He looked at me with eyes that are full of adoration.

Truly, love has no limitations. It will make you do unimaginable things just for the person that you love.

"N-Nico, I'm so sorry. Thank you so much!" I said and run out to him to give him a fucking hug. I love him so much! Why did I even doubt his feelings for me!

"H-Hey, don't rush baby. Your body is still recovering. I want you to stay still." he said.

I snuggled my face into his neck while crying. My emotions are too big for me to handle.

I can't believe this! Nico had already suffered so much because of me ever since we've met and I am still making him suffer even up to this day. How cruel am I? I am so unfair to him! How can I even repay him?

"I'm so sorry N-Nico!" I cried in his shoulder. He carresed my hair using his warm palm.

"It's fine Love. I would choose you over my career."

I looked at him with confusion in my eyes. Career over me? Why would he need to do that?

"W-what do you mean?" I asked. He smiled at me sadly.

"I only have one kidney left. My body is slightly fragile now. I had to quit my position in the army because I am not fit to be on a mission." he explained.
