It was finally time for the jump on June 5th 1944. Everyone was packed and ready, Rose and Roe were handing out travel sickness tablets as well as getting ready themselves. Rose was on the plane with Meehan, who was always kind to rose, as there wasn't enough room on any other plane and there couldn't be two medics on one plane.
Rose waved to Winters, who was getting into his own plane, as she was helped onto her plane and sat next to Meehan who smiled and nodded.
The plane began to move which caused rose to begin to tap her leg slightly, Meehan smiled at her as he placed a hand on her leg, "it's gonna be ok" he said "your gonna jump first" rose nodded and grabbed his hand and squeezed as a thank you.
Soon all the planes where in the air and they were flying over the ocean to fight in the war.
