It was 7am, and Noh was up and in Pure's practice room facing 6 very awake boys. Even Mick was impressed. So much so that he wondered if they actually slept. Noh must have wondered too because it was the first thing he asked them. The second thing was if they had breakfast.

"So. The first thing I'm going to tell you is song writing isn't for everyone. Your either good at it or you aren't. If your not, don't get too worried. Maybe your like Ex and your more of a cleaner. No song is perfectly written on the first go or even the 100th for that matter. Here's what, I'll break it down this way for you.

"We have the writers. They write the core song lyrics. We have the cleaners who neaten things up and make it more cohesive. We have the melody men... and women who come up with the song melody we sing to. Then we have people who deal with backing vocals and beats. We've been blessed to have creative synergy and the knowledge to do all of that. Don't be disappointed if it turns out all you can do is sing. That in itself is a talent many others don't have."

He looked at all of them in the eye before continuing. "I'm a good singer and song writer so I contribute that. Everything else, I leave to the others because they are better at it than I am. A professor once told me that writing lyrics is all about finding the words to express how your feeling. I call them word vehicles. They carry your intentions. First what do you intend to do with the song? Is it a confession? A satire? A parody? A diss track mocking another group? That is something you have to know first of all. Next, how are you going to go about doing that? What do you want to say?"

They pondered for a while before Sand looked at Noh. "What about a song about us? You know if we each pick a unique word for each of us plus Pure and make a song about that."

Noh nodded. "Ok. So think of your unique word. Maybe something the fans would recognize and know this word is about Sand and this one is about Perry and so on."

Sand decided between serious and leader. He finally picked serious. Link picked chibi. He was the shortest member and he had huge eyes. Den picked loud because he was very much so. Noh instantly remembered him as the one who shouted then slammed the door. Perry picked sweet. He was the sweet and shy type so it worked. Evan picked champion. He was all about causes and was usually posting something like save the turtles and other types of philanthropy. Finally there was Nicky. He didn't really have any intense traits and the fans tended to think of him as the cute, lost lamb. It wasn't a persona either. Perry would literally lead him by the hand and they were always together. He finally settled on the word confused.

"Ok now my role here is the recorder. Using three sentences, connect yourself to you word. For example my word is singer. How do I connect myself to that word? Something like "They say I have a golden voice. They claim I squeeze their hearts. I just sing for me thought. I just do my part." I truly make music for myself. I can't sing something I don't like. The blessing is other people like my music so there is that."

"They call you the Thai with the Golden Voice. I saw it on the news. When you hear that you think of P'Noh and the way he sings. That makes a lot of sense."

They sat and worked it out. Noh wrote, rubbed off, rewrote, inserted and took out. Finally there was something every member was satisfied with.

"It doesn't have a chorus." Sand looked at Noh who smiled.

"How are the six of you connected to Pure?"

"We're members. A unit."

"We have pure hearts."

"We're young and precious. Like angels."

"We're safe and appealing."

Noh wrote it all down then sat with them to pick and chose and arrange. Dye walked in on them trying to decide if it was enough.
