3rd Person P.O.V.
It has been a few days since Pearl deceived Garnet. Garnet never spoke to Pearl and she never was in the same room with her. Steven and Amethyst were only bystanders in this situation and neither one of them wanted to get in the middle of it.
Pearl left to go find Peridot so she could probably earn Garnet's trust back. Garnet was on the couch, her hands were twitching. Steven was reading a book.
(Garnet) Calm down...
Steven was about to say something but he realized that she was talking to herself. He puts the book down and watches.
(Garnet) I don't feel like forgiving Pearl!
(Garnet) Don't understand-- we must!
(Garnet) If you're not going to listen, then you can just go!
She unfused.
(Sapphire) We must move past this, Ruby.
(Ruby) She lied to us so we'd form Sardonyx! She tricked us! Don't you feel used?!
(Sapphire) You're choosing to take it personally.
(Ruby) It's fusion, Sapphire! What's more personal to us than fusion?!
Steven leaned back. This was better than cable.
(Sapphire) I know you're still upset.
(Steven) Shouldn't have said that~
(Ruby) Oh, so it's just me?
(Sapphire) Of course not. Can't you see I'm completely engulfed with rage?
Her attitude didn't sound like it.
(Ruby) Well, it doesn't feel like it!
(Sapphire) The sooner we forgive Pearl, the better it will be for us all.
(Ruby) You're not as above this as you think you are!
(Sapphire) Yes, I am. You can't stay angry with her forever.
(Ruby) Wanna bet?
(Sapphire) Ruby, the carpet.
Ruby's rage is about to start a fire.
(Ruby) You... I can't even... ugh!
She stormed outside.
(Steven) Nice to see you both.
(Sapphire) It's nice to see you, too.
(Steven) She does have a point, you know.
(Sapphire) Yes, her anger is valid but she can't stay that way forever.
(Steven) I know. She just needs to talk it out.
(Sapphire) If she won't listen to me, she probably won't listen to you.
(Steven) How did you--
(Sapphire) You were going to suggest talking to her, so I responded.
(Steven) It's worth a try.
(Sapphire) You may proceed with your idea but I don't think it would work.
Steven went outside.
(Steven) Ruby?
She was pacing on the sand, muttering angrily.
(Steven) Ruby, are you okay?
(Ruby) No, I am not okay!
