"Michael! Come do you chore!" April yells continuing her way down the hallway.
"Ugh! Mom it's Vanessa's turn to wash the dishes!" Michael whines walking down the stairs.
"No. She's cleaning the attic it's your turn to do the dishes while I do laundry." Michael groans heading into the kitchen.
"Mommy!" Vanessa calls out running down the stairs.
"Yes sweetie?"
"Daddy told me to give this to you." Vanessa hands her mother a small necklace. "He said he wish he could be with you." April takes the golden necklace from her hand tears welling in her eyes.
She couldn't show weakness, not in front of her kids.
"Mom? Are you okay?" Michael asks walking into the living room. April lightly shakes her hand reading the engraving she gave to her now dead husband.

She looks up a small tear running down her cheek.
