A/N: hello lovely people. Before I start this chapter, I just wanted to say thank you so much to all of your lovely messages after posting what I did yesterday. I won't go into detail but I'm struggling a lot rn. I'm trying my best to see the positives and that's why I wanted to create this message. ALWAYS KNOW YOUR WORTH! NEVER and I repeat NEVER let another person bring you down to rock bottom or manipulate you into thinking you're everything wrong and as if you aren't good enough, especially when you have your all into them. NEVER let a person control your life. Wear what you want. Do what you want. BE WHO YOU WANT. If they cannot accept you for you, they are not worth it. I believe everything happens for a reason and I believe you cross paths with everyone for a reason. You have to meet people who hurt you to move forward in life. You learn lessons from them, so as much as they may have hurt you, you can thank them. Thank them for making you realise what your worth is. And thank them for showing their true colours. You are worth it. In the words of Corey La Barrie, when shit goes down, "Oh Well". Xx

Ava was having a down day. It had been a few days since the party and what happened to her had really affected her mentally. She felt vulnerable and insecure. She felt unsafe by herself and physically and mentally drained.

She was spending the day at Crawford's place and he told her they could just chill and watch movies whilst eating food all day. She was more than likely going to crash there for the night also because Tara had planned on spending the night with Jake.

Ava was currently wrapped in a blanket on the sofa, staring at the blank TV whilst Crawford went to make her a hot chocolate in the kitchen. She was lost in her thoughts, thinking about everything. Her mind drifted to Crawford and how happy and safe he made her feel lately. He always knew how to cheer her up.

She started thinking back to when they were dating the first time. Things were perfect for two years before it all went downhill. They started losing trust in one another and she felt as if the effort wasn't being reciprocated. He would barely see her or speak to her and whenever they did see each other it was always with the rest of the group. He was oblivious to it all at first before it became routine to behave like that. Things were like this for around six weeks before the break up happened. She remembers it so vividly purely because it was the worst day of her life. She'd never experienced such pain. The pain in her chest and the knot that sat in the pit of her stomach was unbearable. His words hurt. But they both said things they regretted...

Ava was on her way over to the KnJ where Crawford had supposedly been all day. Since she moved to LA she had been staying with him and they had recently moved into an apartment with Oscar. Crawford had been out all day and insisted he was at Kian and JC's place, so she decided to head over there herself as she knew others would be there also.

She walked the 10 minute walk from the apartment to the house and knocked on the door when she got there. Colby answered the door and beamed widely when he saw her.

"Hey what are you doing here?" He questioned her, opening the door wider for her to come inside.

"Crawford said he was here with some of you guys so I thought I'd stop by cause I got bored" she chuckled lightly, heading inside as she spoke.

"Crawford? Crawford's not here" Colby spoke confusedly. Ava shot him a confused look as she scanned the room to notice he really wasn't.

"What's up?" Corey asked, joining them both as he had a glass of water to hand.

"Crawford. He said he was here" Ava stayed, feeling frustrated with once again another lie he had told her.

"No he's filming a video at Emily's place..." Corey spoke awkwardly, presuming the girl knew this piece of information.

"He's what?!" She snapped as Colby's eyes widened in shock and uncomfortableness.

"I thought he would've told you...I'm sorry I don't wanna get in the middle of it..." Corey told her, sipping at his water.

"He's literally lied to me, AGAIN" Ava spoke, feeling the anger rise.

"And to top it off he's with his ex!" She said in frustration, throwing her arms to her side.

"They're just filming a video though" Corey reassured her.

"I don't know what to believe anymore. We've been together for a long time now, he should not be keeping things from me" she stated.

"Yeah I guess...I'm sorry" Corey told her sympathetically. She sent him a half smile before sending Colby a furious look to show him how mad she was.

"Just breathe, it'll be fine...you'll talk to him later" he reassured her, trying to keep her calm.

But almost as if on cue, the front door opened and in walked Crawford.

"Wassup peeps" he spoke before locking eyes with Ava and stopping in his tracks.

"Hey how was your day?" She asked sarcastically before storming off down the corridor and into Kian's room.

"I mean sure, you can use my room to argue" kian joked, shrugging his shoulders from his seat on the couch. Colby patted Crawford on the back before joining Sam in the kitchen. Crawford gave Corey a worried look before following behind her and entering Kian's room.

He closed the door behind him and found her stood with her back to him as she faced the window.

"Look I know why you're mad but just let me explain-" he started, heading towards her.

"Explain what? That you're hanging with your ex today and you lied to me about it? No need." She spat, turning around to face him.

"I didn't tell you because I knew you'd react like this!" He yelled at her.

"Can you blame me?! She's your ex, Crawford!" She yelled back.

"So what?! We're friends! She's a nice girl, you'd know that if you made an effort to speak to her" he dug at her. She sent him a furious look before continuing to argue.

"Oh please, as if I would bother. All you've been doing recently is avoiding me, not bothering with me, and lying to me! I'm so fed up with it!" She screamed, her face turning a boiling red colour.

"Don't you see why though! Because you always react like this and I'm tired of it! I feel as if I can't do my own thing without you being there all the time. I'm allowed to have my space" he insisted. She scoffed.

"I give you space Crawford. But let's not forget you're my only family here. You have your brother. You have the others. They're all only friends with me in the first place because I started dating you so yes, maybe I am a little clingy sometimes but that's because everything else is back in London for me" she explained to him, feeling hurt he would even say such a thing.

"All we've been doing is arguing lately" he said in a much quieter tone to her.

By now, the rest of the group were outside the door, listening in to what was going on.

"I know. I'm fed up with me" Ava responded, her tone matching his.

"I don't know what to do..." he trailed off, avoiding eye contact at this point.

"I do. I'll leave. That's what you want right?" She pushed at him.

"What?! Ava, obviously not!" He raised his voice defensively.

"Then what?! Because I don't wanna feel like a burden anymore!" She yelled back at him.

"What are you saying, Ava?" He questioned her, watching as she headed for the door.

"Unless you can start acting like my boyfriend again, it's over" she told him, swinging the door open and being greeted by the rest of the group.

She glared at them all and pushed past them, fleeing from the house. Sam and Colby didn't hesitate to follow her and check she was okay, whereas the others remained, staring at Crawford who looked pissed off and hurt.

But that was back then. This, is now. Things are better now. They always get better.
