It's been a couple days since Alex returned to Italy with her Mayes and siblings. They had found suitable humans to care for the triplets that was saddened by the fact that they couldn't live with them but happy at the fact she would visit the best she could
The castle seemed in better spirits and I was all thanks to Alex. Who somewhat accepted the volturi as her own family.
The king's spent any free time they could find with there mate. Many times they were separate but at times would be together on a slow day.
Today was a busy day though. The king's had many trials to attend and they needed her favorite guards.Jane,Alex ,Demitri and surprisingly Felix.
She was left alone with Heidi who thought it was best to explore the gardens,meaning she dragged Alex along who we had nothing better to do then follow.
"You know you guys should have a picnic" Heidi mused smiling down at Alex who rolled her eyes.
"So they can watch me eat like creeps" Alex shuddered at the thought of being watched while she ate. It would be weird and make her loose her appetite rather quickly.
"I see your point." Heidi smiled before frowning as a vampire she met once approached the pair.
"The king's wish see you in the throan room" She said politely bowing towards her.
Heidi nodded and faced Alex she was eyeing the vampire."I'll be fine Heidi go see what they want. I'll be in my room" Alex mumbled glaring at the vampire when they made eye contact.
Alex watched Hedi go before turning to leave herself. She didn't trust the vampire before her remembering the threats prior.
"I see your still a weak little human " she female snapped glaring at Alex.
Before she knew a shadow ha appeared in front of her . "I'll watch what you say" Alex snapped back glaring at the vampire in distaste. "I'm human,yes but weak not even close. "
"Your pay for everything. You don't deserve the king's you homewrecker " the female screeched backing away from the shadow.
Alex rolled her eyes. "And what exactly are you going to do. Cause as far as I'm Concerned, Your the weak one" Alex snapped before leaving the room. She made she she could feel the vampire shadow not wanting her to sneak up on her.
Alex didn't feel safe knowing a vampire was out to get her now. Changing her route she went into the throan room not caring that Felix held a random vampire down while Aro stood over them ready to rip his head off. She ignored the looks and went straight to Marcus. She climbed into his lap and snuggled into his chest.
"Everyone out"Caius commanded watching his mate as well as Aro and marcus who knew something was wrong
Once the room was empty did Alex look at her other two mates. She felt the shadow of the vampire move further away from her position and relaxed slightly
"Amore mio is something the matter" Aro asked walking to stand behind her as Caius walked to the side of her both worried and confused.
"Oh nothing other then the fact a raging vampire chick hates my guts I'm just peachy" Alex mumbled hiding her face in Marcus chest when she hea d a growl no doubt coming from the blonde king
"Who is she" He snapped ready to bring pain to anyone who upsets his mate.
"Dunno don't care. As long as she keeps her hands to herself" Alex moved away from Marcus and glanced at all three of her mates. "I'm turning eighteen soon"
It was a random statement that caught everyone off guard. All three wondering why she would bring it up
Aro seemed to catch on quicker then the rest. "You want to be turned after you turn eighteen" He stated smiling widely when she nodded
"That's great princess. " Caius says smiles as well as Marcus who hugged Alex to his chest
Getting up Alex hugged Caius"you didn't call me a brat for once" she mumbled into his chest smiling widely when he hugged her back.
"Yes well......don't get use to it. Your bound to go back to your bratty ways " He teased earning a punch in the chest from Alex
"I'm not a brat. I just do what I want when I want to and take what I want when I want it. Nothing bratty at all" she mused before holding her hands up. "now be a good evil kind and carry me to my room"
And just like that she was carried away to her room. Spending the rest of her day with her Mates. All seemed happy and content for now but evil lurked around the corner. Something no one saw coming
