AN- NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL KIDS.

Dec doesn't have too many important conversations with Ant for a few more days. He definitely remembers that night, because its basically the only thought in his head. Maybe that's why he's lost in thought when he feels himself being dragged by the back of his shirt collar.

In just a second, he's in the storage room. For a second, he internally panics. When he realises who it is, its doesn't improve his situation.

"Simon?" Dec tries to look calm, but he's just unsure of what he wants. It's not like its his business at all, and it doesn't make sense that he's just dragging him into rooms and asking like this. Not to mention, there's no doubt that they're going to be late to their next class.

"Hey, Donnelly. How was your date with Mcpartlin last night?" There's a smile on Simon face, but it's not reassuring. He's too forcibly calm, and that can't mean anything but trouble, coming from Simon.

"Date?" Dec asks immediately.

"Olivia lives down there. My girlfriend," He explains, as though Dec doesn't already know that. "She saw you and Mcpartlin making out near by her house, she told me."

"It's none of your business even if we did," Dec says, but it's weak. He doesn't want trouble. He's just trying to live, and falling for a boy like Ant probably isn't the best. It never causes anything but trouble.

"Do you think your special?"

Dec takes a breath. "Sorry?"

"You heard me, Pretty Boy. Do you think your the only one Mcpartlin's done this to? We were fuckbuddies too, you know."

"We aren't fuckbuddies," Dec insists, "We haven't fucked."

"No? That's what Ant said too."

"We haven't," Dec assures. He pauses a second. "You and Ant were fuckbuddies?"

"Yeah," Simon nods. "He hasn't fucked as many people since you. We haven't fucked since either, but im sure that's nothing."

"That's not true! There was this one girl-" Dec cuts himself off. He hasn't considered her for a few days, and the thought makes his stomach churn. If Ant hadn't planned on telling him about her, there was no telling how many other people he could do that with.

"Aw, are you all sad that your boyfriend slept with another chick? I bet she's not the only one. Don't get your hopes up."

Dec almost let's a 'Shut up' slip from his mouth, but he knows that's not a good idea. The last thing he needs is more drama from a person he shouldn't be talking to.

Mcpartlin isn't anything but trouble. Yeah, no kidding.

" He's just my friend, i guess," Dec says. His mind is buzzing about how its a lie, but it shouldn't be. Him and Ant aren't anything more than that. At least, they're not on a label higher than that.

"Right. Whatever." Simon let's out a short laugh. "You have your fun with him. Good luck."

And the sad thing is, Simon probably meant it when he said 'good luck'.

Ant comes over two days later to work on the project again. Dec's mam gives Dec a knowing look the second he gives in, and he knows she doesn't mean harm by it, but it sickens Dec. If his mam knew what this boy was like, there's no way she would be fine with it.
He notices how quiet they both are when they get upstairs, and it takes him another minute to realise that it's him who's being so awkward. It seems ridiculous that he's doing all this. It would be easier to get over him, but he can't manage to let go. What's the fun in that?
