Chapter 15

Hand in hand with Elijah I walk towards Sanne and Arianne. There is a grin on my face that I can't get off. When I'm around they immediately start smiling. "What is it?" I ask surprised. "We need to talk, come" is the only answer I get. "Okay?" Desperately I follow the girls. We are not even 10 meters from Elijah and I already miss him. I look back and see that he is looking at me too. 'What are you going to do?' he mutters to me. "The girls want to catch up," I say back. I follow the girls into the forest.

When we are in the forest, out of earshot of the boys, the girls go crazy. "IEEEE! He marked you!" Arianne calls. I look at her in surprise, how did she know that? "How do you know that?" I ask her. "You smell like him" She says, smiling like an idiot. "Oh" is all I can say. We talk a little further when I suddenly hear a sound. Footsteps. From wolves? Or people? I don't know exactly, maybe both. "Sst!" The girls look at me in surprise. "Amy wa" suddenly she stops talking. She also heard it. Sanne listens for a moment and then whispers "We have to go back, quickly!" Although it doesn't matter. They've already seen us. I change into my wolf and gesture that they should be on my back. Arianne climbs on my back and pulls Sanne on it too. When they sit I link "hold on tight" I feel they grab my coat and hold on tight. I take a few steps first. They are very light, I just feel they hold my coat a bit to have a grip. I'm starting to run. The footsteps behind me too. I run back to the pack house at the fastest.
When we pass the houses of the omegas (The lowest werewolves in rank), Sanne and Arianne start to shout that other wolves are coming. The women hide with the children and the men transform into their wolf and defend the edge of the pack. I run even faster and soon I see the pack house in the distance. When I arrive at the door, Sanne and Arianne get off my back and open the door so I can enter. When I enter I run to my room and transform into human form. I get dressed and run to Elijah's office. I push the door open and run into the room. Elijah immediately looks up. "There are wolves in our territory Elijah," I tell him. He nods and tells me to hide with Sanne and Arianne and see what's going on. I nod and go find the girls. I hope he returns safely.

I see that as you progress through the story, fewer and fewer people are reading this story. I find that very unfortunate. So my question is: What could I do to make it more exciting / fun to read? I would appreciate it if you let me know in the comments.
