It's about 8pm by the time Pen drives her back to the apartment agreeing to pick Rory up at some point on the text day to get her a much needed new car. Plugging the code into the door and walk into the new apartment, still full to the brim with boxes. Sighing, knowing this was gonna be a long night. The first thing she does is grab the boxes the new king bed is in and drags it to the bedroom with expertise, she had done this before.

It had taken her over an hour to put the bed together but finally getting it to work she collapses on it breathing deeply. the next parts would be a easier, the couches aren't ones she would have to put together herself so she merely positions them where she wants them, the absurd amount of plants she had ordered only came in that morning she sighs in relief as she opens the boxes and sees no dead plants. Putting together all the shelves and tables, getting together all the kitchenware, including a beautiful new coffee machine into the kitchen and the pillows and blankets on the couches and the candles and fairy lights right where they need to be.

After about three hours work she stands back to admire all of the work, the apartment finally beginning to feel more and more like her own. the plants lining the rooms made her feel at home as she arranges them in a fashion that makes it feel almost like a garden. she sighs with content, proud of her handiwork.

Finally almost having everything out of its box and in its rightful position. Checking the clock and realising it was about midnight, and the exhaustion was finally catching up with her. After a 23 hour flight she was desperate for sleep. deciding to finish organizing and go shopping for food in the morning, for now she decides to gonna into a brand new bed and call it a night.
