Adriana's POV:
We all got in Alek's Audi R8 and drove off.
"This is a nice ass car." Tyler said
"Yeah it's Alek's."
"He's gonna lose his shit."
"So you two know each other?" Maddie asked
"Yeah he followed me to Cali." I said
"My family was moving before you told me narcissist." Tyler retorted
"Why is the 13 year old driving?" Maddie asks with a raised brow
"Cause I happen to be an excellent driver and I can finally reach the pedals." they all laugh
"I think we can go faster than this." Niko says
I nod and accelerate we're on the expressway and it's pretty empty so I speed up even more. Maddie connects her phone and we start blasting music while I sped.
Then we heard sirens and Maddie paused the music
"Fuck what do I do? I don't have my license and Alek's will murder me!" I start freaking out
"There's alcohol in the trunk." Niko shouts
"I have weed and cigarettes too! We can't pull over or else we'll be royally fucked." Tyler yells
"How about we not yell out our crimes." Maddie suggested
"Why do you have weed on the first day of school."
"I was gonna cut and smoke if it was boring but I had you so I didn't need to."
Before I could respond the officer knocked on the glass
"Do you realize you were going 150 in a 65?" he asks
"Yes officer I apologize for that. How much is the ticket?" I ask hoping we can just make it out with a ticket
"Not so fast. How old are you?"
"I'm 17." I lie
"Let me see your license and registration then." I nod And grab my fake License. I grab the car info from the glove compartment
"Can I see another form of ID." shit he's on to me. I stay composed and grab my school ID which doesn't say my date of birth. He grabbed it went back to his car for like 15 minutes we were all freaking out. No one uttered a word. Then he came back
"Well it seems like everything checks out. Here's your ticket. I also took the liberty of calling Mr. Volkov and let me tell you boss was not happy. They said for all 4 of you to get the the Lombardi house immediately for a fun chat." he left and we just sat there
"You guys are so fucked." Maddie spoke first and last
I pulled up and parked in the driveway. Mom, Dad, Aleksandr, Dimitri, and all my brothers were standing there. I also noticed the leader of the American Mafia with them. Why was Tyler's dad at our house?
We got out and walked to them with our heads down
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU 4?" dad roared
"You could've been seriously injured or even died what made you think going more than twice the speed limit without a license was a smart idea?"
"Hi Elijah!" I ignored Alessandro and greeted him
"Hi Adriana." Tyler's dad waved
"Save the pleasantries for later and give me my keys." Alek glared
I obeyed and he snatched them out of my hands
"Wallet too."
I handed that over too
