Chapter 47

Adriana's POV:

"Nope just enjoying the view." he said popping the p and smirking

I immediately blushed as I realized I opened the door in my Batman boxers and sports bra. Tyler's whole family was at the door

"I love Batman!" Kendall joked

Ace came to ask who was at the door

"Give me your shirt." I started lifting his shirt

"Yeah Ace take off your shirt." Kalahni said grinning. She has a crush on Ace but he's still pining and doing his best friend

"No just go upstairs and get a shirt." he said

"Fine!" I was redder than a tomato

I ran upstairs and put on my favorite pjs. It was a black shirt that said "Fuck Off I'm Sleeping" in white letters all cap. They were paired with black and white striped shorts. Once changed and composed I made my way downstairs. My body didn't hurt so I'm certain Matteo or Alek injected me pain meds. Before I made it downstairs I saw Alek, Dimitri, Elijah, Zio, and Dad making their way upstairs with the duffel bag I stole.

"Let's go to the conference room." I nodded and followed. We all sat down and they just stared at me.

"What?" I asked confused

"What happened?" Alek asked annoyed

"Oh well, I went to Dubai which was where Garcia was lurking. I was making my way downtown and I passed an alleyway. Someone injected me with what I assumed was a sedative. I woke up hanging by my wrists in a basement."

"What did they do to you?" Zio asked and I shook my head

"That isn't relevant to this debriefing." I said coldly I honestly didn't want to talk about it

"But it's relevant to your wellbeing." Elijah said sternly and I stared at him confused

"Can I just continue and we talk about this later?" they nodded

"I spent all my time in the basement until yesterday when I escaped, killed Garcia, blew up his mansion full of all his gang members, and stole all the files, flash drives, phones, and his laptop from his safe. Then I called the pilot and told him to pick me up at a landing strip in Argentina. While I waited I went to a hotel showered and changed into clothes I bought at the store. I napped then Pavel picked me up. I was fed, I slept some more, then we landed and I went to surprise Alek. Then I came here."

"Are you sure that bastard is dead?" Dimitri questioned

I took out Jackson's phone and showed them the picture I took

"Why is he naked? Did he?" Dad asked fuming and I cut him off

"No he didn't he was raping some girl who said no to him so I slit his throat." everyone let out a sigh of relief

"Each flash drive contains clients, members, addresses, and projects belonging to each mafia. He was planning on stealing their empire from under them. I check them before my nap at the hotel. His laptop also contained plans and other sensitive information including the name of moles in every mafia. I wanna give these back to the mafia leaders in person."

"Imagine what we could do with that plus it's way too risky." Elijah shouted

"I understand but we're more powerful together than any other mafia we shouldn't rely on under handed tricks to ruin them. We have enough fire power to face them head on. Plus this doesn't benefit us it just ruins our reputation. Returning these will be a massive power move."

"She has a valid point. We'll organize a ball inviting all heads and their family. No weapons allowed." Alek said and everyone agreed

"So it's settled I'll leave the laptop with you so you can go through it and I'll keep the flash drives. Everything on the flash drives is on the laptop. The laptop had security footage and specific things pertaining to his cartel. I'm gonna go downstairs now" I handed the laptop and went down

It was already late so everyone was in their rooms. Which left Tyler, Niko, the twins, and Morgan. The girls were looking for a movie so I suggested they go to the movie room and they left. Alek's girlfriend was tired so Niko drove her home. So it was just me and Tyler.

"School was boring without you." he said flashing me his pearly whites

"Yeah I over stayed my visit. Sucks that I missed so much football." I sighed

"Nah you didn't. The season was postponed until October 2nd due to a massive forest fire."

"Fuck yeah!" I said pumping my fists in the air

He chuckled "You're really cute you know." I blushed

"You're not ugly either." he laughed harder

"Gee thanks I'm glad I'm not ugly." I laughed too

"I know your stay wasn't pleasant and I commend your ability to appease others but if you're ever not alright you can talk to me. You don't always have to be strong Adriana and if you keep this up it'll start eating away at you. Maybe you're happy at the moment to see your family but I know it's weighing you down emotionally. Emotions don't make you weak." he kissed my forehead and hugged me.

"Thanks Diablito." I said with a weak smile

"Later T.J." I stared at him confused

"It stands for Tomato Jay since I make you blush so much." I turned red

"See!" he taunted and I flipped him off he laughed and went to the movie room

I went outside and got Av and we went up to my room. I went on my laptop and started completing the assignments I missed during my absence. It wasn't too much work I just had to catch up on readings, complete tests, and a few multiple choice quizzes. Once I finished I noticed it was 5 am Sunday which meant my sat was in 6 days and my act were in 13 days. I started freaking out and grabbed my prep books. I worked for maybe two hours then knocked out at my desk.
