Upon the arrival of the juniors from Hoenn, Leavetty asked for permission to play in the garden. This Yellow granted, and Leavetty skipped off in the direction of the other pokemon.

Yellow looked at Leavetty for a while before heading to the kitchen and seeing if Daisy, who was preparing lunch, needed any help.

After seeing that Daisy didn't need help(in fact she was quite happy cooking on her own) Yellow headed out to the garden to play with the pokemon—

Only to see Leavetty holding her head and the pokemon looking at her in concern.

As Yellow approached, Leavetty jerked back into reality and her jadigo eyes stared at Yellow in pure terror.

Yellow was shocked. Leavetty had never been terrified of her before…

Leavetty shook her head. No, she wasn't terrified of her. Yellow looked on as she raised a paw, and three figurines formed in front of her, one gold, the second silver, and the third one crystal. Leavetty squeezed her own eyes shut and moved her paws over the figurines. Everybody watched as the figurines transformed into humanoid shapes, finally shifting into the faces of the Johto dexholders.

The gold figurine(who was obviously Gold) clutched a miniature phone to his ear, yelling. They could not hear him yell, Leavetty knew. If they could they'd be horrified by the conversation that was going on.

The silver figurine(who was Silver) answered the phone. He, too was frantic, unlike his usual stoic self. Waving his arms, he said something into the phone. At that, Gold went stiff as a board and rushed out of sight.

The air rippled. This time, there was a silver house(which Yellow took to mean Silver's house), a tiny one. Tiny Gold went up to it and banged on the door. Silver answered and gestured him inside.

The house dissipated into smoke, and formed a scene of a bedroom—Silver's. On his bed lay Crystal, breathing heavily. On Crystal's arms were various cuts and bruises, visible even though her body was crystalline in front of them. Yellow's jaw dropped.

As they watched, Silver sat down on a chair next to Crystal and held her hand, stroking it. Gold dialled various numbers and freaked out when they didn't answer.

They had absolutely no idea what to do.

The scene shattered, and pieces of gold, silver and crystal lay in the grass. Smoke curled up from them and formed themselves into different shapes. Leavetty covered her ears, wincing.

Yellow looked at Leavetty. She then asked Leavetty, "when was that?"

Leavetty raised a paw to gesture, dropped it from exhaustion, and propped herself up before gesturing, "a few minutes ago."

Yellow distinctly paled at that. "We've got to help them. You are in no condition to travel, though, Leavetty."

Leavetty stood up slowly, wincing from the effort, but soon stood fully and pulled a face that said, "I can manage."

Yellow had to be assured Leavetty was fine by Leavetty many times before she mounted the pokemon. The pokemon shook but stood nonetheless.

Yellow notified the others of her temporary leave, and stated that she would be back soon. However, Red refused to let her out of sight.

"Take me with you."

"Red…"

Green butted in. "You don't need to go, but I have something to ask Silver, so I have a purpose."

Leavetty pulled another 'I can manage' face.

"Fine, Green will come."

"But Yellow, why can't I go?" Red asked.

Yellow pondered for a moment. "Green communicates better with the conscious dexholders, and this is my chance to show you you can trust Green to protect me."

Yellow paled. "I did not think of that last sentence. I did not!" Yellow glared at Leavetty.

Leavetty pulled a cheeky smile that said, "but it's true!"

After the accident, Green got on Leavetty behind Leavetty. Leavetty used vines to secure them safely, and bounded towards a nearby wall.

All dexholders present were shocked. In fact Ruby screeched because he thought that Leavetty crashing into the wall would bring debris raining down, which was dirty and not appreciated.

At the last moment, a portal opened, Leavetty jumped through, and they(meaning Leavetty, Green and Yellow) disappeared.

On the other side, Leavetty flew through mid-air and nearly hit a wall. Screeching to a stop, Leavetty struggled to stand. When she could, she sank to her knees.

Yellow and Green got off the exhausted pokemon. Green gently carried the Leavetty.

They knocked, and a frantic Gold let them in. In Silver's bedroom, on the bed lay Crystal, hanging on to life by a thread. Silver sat next to her, caressing her hand, tears streaming down his face.

Yellow stood next to Crystal, and on an instinct, she extended a hand. All she felt was the life of Crystal draining away quickly, not very helpful. Yellow nearly broke down because she knew there was nothing to do.

Or was there?

Leavetty raised her tail. Tugging out one of her hairs, it turned into a tiny bottle of what looked like water.

Leavetty opened the tiny bottle, as small as a maractus needle, and poured the contents into Crystal's mouth, which consisted of a tiny drop of water. Or at least it looked like water.

Crystal immediately started recovering. Wounds closed, and her eyes fluttered open.

After Leavetty saw this happen, she smiled and collapsed.

Yellow, alarmed,  quickly turned to Leavetty, but the pokemon gestured, "just tired" before falling unconscious.

Silver, who was now embracing Crystal, held her tenderly like he would a ceramic doll. Crystal was grateful for the hug, and did not attempt to break it. Gold was hysterical and taking pictures.

Yellow smiled at her juniors. She then turned towards the Leavetty.

Leavetty seemed to be sleeping, a slight smile on her face. Her tail curled around her, paws drawn towards her snout. After the traumatic experience of seeing people in pain, what better than to sleep after?

Yellow had to admit that the little Leavetty was cute. Very cute. Petting the Leavetty, she covered the pokemon with a jacket she had brought with her.

Crystal meanwhile had managed to stand. "We have a pokemon meeting to attend to, should we be going?" She asked.

"Yes," Green replied. "But first, let's agree on not to tell Blue what had happened."

Silver flushed. Crystal blushed. Gold whistled and fiddled with his camera. Green smiled.

"Now that we're all in agreement," Green paused, glaring at Gold(whose face instantly showed a sheepish smile), "we can set off."

Yellow turned to the Leavetty. "I won't be riding you this time, I'll take butterfree—you're exhausted."

The Leavetty seemed to hear Yellow through her sleep, and nodded.

Riding Kitty along with the others in Kanto, Yellow could say this was a job well done.
