Was it too late to make something else?

You'd already made a variety of dishes for dinner, from starters to dessert, putting in more effort than you usually did. If someone saw, they'd ask why on earth you were making so much food when you were the only resident of the house. But you had the perfect answer.

Today was your favourite day of the month, sleepover day; the day all seven of your brothers would come over to spend the night at the house. It was hard enough having your mom and dad go on business trips all year round, but with your brothers living in their own dorm, your life could be summed up in one word- lonely.

That was why you had always looked forward to sleepover day.

This month's was finally here and you couldn't help but feel excited.

Heart bursting with the desire to see your brothers, you seated yourself on the couch, waiting for the doorbell to ring. It was almost six in the evening, and they'd promised to come by then, so you picked up the book you'd been reading to pass the time. You weren't worried. Your brothers had never failed you. Despite their terribly busy schedules, they'd always taken out time to spend with you, inviting you backstage to all their concerts, variety shows, everything. Your brothers belonged to the famous kpop boy band BTS.

Before you knew it, you'd already gotten so immersed in the book that you'd read about five chapters. Just as you were about to turn the page to read the next, the doorbell rang, sending you jumping into the air. Surprised, you dropped the book and rushed to open the door, fixing your hair and dress along the way. You heart couldn't help but race as you unlocked the door and pulled it open. Before you could even register who was standing outside, you were jumped on by a huge warm body, followed by another, and another, and many more. All you could hear were loud hoots and 'whoo-hoos' and 'Y/N-ahs' because you were stuffed like vegetables in a puff inside what you could only believe were the seven superstars.

"Oppas, I can't breathe!" you laughed out, prompting the boys to move off you one by one, until it was only Taehyung and Jimin clinging on to your hands.

"Y/Nieeeeee!" Taehyung cooed and started pulling your cheeks, making the others laugh.

"Shuchupb!" you managed to say, rolling your eyes.

"Yah, let her go," you heard Yoongi say and turned to look at him. He was thinner than he was the last time you'd seen him, making your eyebrows raise in concern.

"Oppa, you haven't been eating enough!"

When you turned to take a look at the other guys, you gasped. "Yah! None of you've been eating enough! Look at Jimin oppa!" You grabbed Jimin's hand and dangled his wrist in front of them all, and then turned to narrow your eyes at him.

"Y/N-ah, it's not like that. I'm not dieting or any-"

"No! Do not use that word in this house! you know the word 'diet' is forbidden!" you cut him off.

"Except for me, though," you added under your breath, but Jungkook heard, and he grabbed your shoulders looking into your eyes.

"What's your weight?"

An awkward second later, everyone burst into laughter, including you.

"Yah, you don't ask a girl that question!" Jin cried out in between his windshield wiper laugh, while Jungkook looked around in innocent confusion.
