It had been such a long time since I've set foot in a castle, I had forgotten about the annoying maids that follow you everywhere, dressing you and pampering you at all times. I had hated them with such a passion back at Eohithra but the crew seems to be alright with being babied and pampered all the time. I, on the other hand, wasn't too happy to be thrown back into the world of corsets and stilettos. Still, I let the maids dress me and bathe me, seeing that they were obsessed with giving me a makeover.
I almost got into a fight with one of the ladies over a corset, but she won in the end, tightening it extra-tight as a way to rub in her victory. After I fought with the handmaiden that forced me to wear my deathly tight corset, she allowed me to choose my dress and I chose a simple gold gown with puffed-up sleeves and dark gold designs stitched into the golden fabric.

It has a thigh slit and is generally a simple design compared to the other extravagant dresses I found. My matching gold heels click lightly on the marble floors of the palace, in unison with Mingi's steps as we wander around its halls. As I walk through the halls of the grand Ocleavean palace with a certain tall, red-headed man at my side, I move with the grace and beauty instilled into me at an early age. I fiddle with my gimmel-ring necklace, gifted to me by Taehyung, going deep into thought about the events of yesterday and today that I didn't hear Mingi speak.
"Sun-Mi! Hello? Are you there?" I blink a couple of times before focusing on him. It wasn't until now that I paid attention to how good the quartermaster actually looks with his red hair styled upward and his lean body dressed in a newly made black suit.
"What were you asking?"
"I was wondering what you were thinking about?" He clears up. I make a tight 'O' shape with my mouth before answering.
"Nothing much, I was curious about where the other guys are." I half-lie through my teeth. I was originally thinking about how my friends back at Eohithra were doing but at some point, my mind wandered off to where the rest of the crew might be spending their time.
"Well, I know for a fact that Yeosang was spending all his time with his parents who haven't let him out of their sight since he got here. Wooyoung and San are probably in the kitchen, devouring any sort of food they could get their hands on. Hongjoong told me he would be spending most of his time in his room and Yunho and Jongho are at the stables, challenging each other to a small spar." Mingi informs me in detail. "The only person I haven't quite located is Seonghwa." I find this really suspicious since Seonghwa had promised to spend the day with me today after Mina hogged him all day yesterday. And he never breaks his promises.
"He's probably busy in the kitchen or something although I do hope he comes to find me soon. He promised to spend the day with me," I mumble with a small pout.
