SUMMARY!
The film industry is in uproar. The creator/writer/producer/director of one of HBO's most successful shows, Oval, about an alternative president, along the lines of The West Wing, is unknown. They go under a pseudonym: "A. Director". But somehow, they managed to sweep the Emmys and are poised to sweep the Oscars with their movie All at Once, a beautiful narrative about camaraderie in a time of war. And worst of all, they're developing a new show with HBO called Pie, a timely teen show about a boy and his ghost twin sister and navigating the trials and tribulations of high school.
CLEMENTINE ALCOTT, 16 year old daughter of producer Jordan Alcott, who if you were in the industry and over 40, you would know the name of. She was named after the café that her parents met at, Clementine, though her favorite café was Huckleberry ( which her parents often teased her for, calling it betrayal ). Clem was sweet like the hot chocolate that she ordered, but had kick if someone tried to undermine her or talk down to her. And she has a huge ass secret.
LOUIS PARTRIDGE almost fainted when he found out that he got asked to audition for Pie as the lead. He had seen every episode of Oval even though he didn't have much interest in American politics and he had cried in the theatres at All at Once. To say he was excited, was an understatement.
