"Our next mission is clear, if we believe the aliens have been teleporting their victims-" Robin states. "We do." Wally interjects. "Then the only reasonable detention facility is here." Robin continues. I look up, becoming a little hopeful as I remember the possibility of everyone still being alive. Robin pulls up a picture of the mother ship in Smallville, where we lost Wonder Woman and Red Tornado this morning. Could they all really be in there?

"Ring any bells?" Robin asks Manhunter. "No. I'm sorry." He answers. "Superboy, you'll create a distraction." Robin begins. "No!" M'gann argues. "He's offering you as a sacrifice. Aqualad would never do that." "You're right. Aqualad would sacrifice himself." Robin says, "A mistake that just cost us our leader." I flinch at his words. I can't help the guilt in my heart.

"Superboy is the most likely to be perceived as a threat, motivating the aliens to deploy." "Worst case, he's teleported inside, and we set him free along with Artemis. And, uh, Aqualad and everyone." Wally reasons. I pick myself up off the ground. "What about me?" I ask. Everyone turns to me. "I could be the threat, and Superboy could go in with you." "We may need you're flying inside, Dracona." Robin states.

"You have M'gann for that." I argue. "Superboy can leap tall buildings, but because I can fly, I'll have a better chance at dodging their shots, and taking out more drones." I reason. "Dracona. This is not up for debate." Superboy states. I look away.

"We need to let the world know that we're still here." I state. "We need to give them courage. Even if we don't have it ourselves." "You're right, Dracona." Robin states, pulling up the computer from his glove.

He brings up a holo-camera, one that I'm guessing will show world-wide. "We are the Justice League." I begin, stepping up to the camera. "As you all know, many of the Justice League, and others have fallen due to this invasion of Earth. But we come to you now, to let you know that we are still here."

"And though we know all seems lost, the one thing the aliens cannot destroy is hope." Miss M continues. Conner adds to what she says. "Hope survives because the battle is not over. Not as long as even one of us is willing to fight."

"It doesn't matter how many fall, for new heroes will always rise to carry on, bringing all their resources, their skills, their talents to bare, to defeat the enemy." Wally steps back as Robin comes up behind him, adding on to our speech to the world. "The people of Earth will survive this. We will rebuild and we will thrive. Never doubt and never forget, the Earth will never surrender."

The live video ends, and I step up to everyone again. "We should get going, it's going to be a while until we get to Smallville without the bioship." I state.
