Apocalypse- Cigarettes After Sex

I changed my style, dyed my hair, got a nose piercing I feel so much not as much hurt as I was when Colby and I broke up, It's been a couple weeks we see each other in our classes but don't say a word I was skipping school with the girls to have a mental health day I was wearing a pink shirt with black fishnets and a long sleeve crop top with Tara pink platforms and we were going to get some smoothies at Jamba Juice I enter "Hey cutie" I look up to see a guy "Oh hi" I giggle I turn around to see if Tara and Devyn were coming but they were still in the car I sigh and call them, they gave me their order.
"I got it from here" I heard a familiar voice say I turn around and see Colby "Oh um where did the other guy go" I ask "His shift is over" he shrugged I give him my order and the girls "Ok anything else" he asks I shake my head no "Like your outfit" he said I just give him a smile butterflies erupted in my stomach and I felt my face heat up.
No why am I blushing I don't like him anymore "So how have you been" he asks "um good you" I respond "Well" he responded I nod my head "Oh you got a nose piercing" he said surprised "Yea I did" I giggle slightly "Here you go have a nice day" he hands me the drinks "You too" I say then walk out with a smile on y face, I get into the car "Why are you so fluttered" Tara asks I shrug and giggle.
We go back to my house they make me try on everything on "You look adorable" they squeal making me giggle then there was a knock on the door "I'll get it" I say, I close my door then go downstairs I open the door to see Colby I furrow my eyebrows "Um hi" I say in more in a question "Hey um you left your card" he said handing me my card "Oh thank you" I take it out hands brushed together making me blush.
"Bye" I stutter starting to close the door but it stopped "Sam" Colby said I open it again "Can we maybe just be friends" he stops I go outside closing the front door "I'm really sorry I blamed you it wasn't your fault and I hate myself for what I did" he said "So maybe we can be just friends" he questions holding out his hand, should I give him a chance oh well what will go wrong "Just friends" I shake his hand making him smile.
"Wanna come in Devyn and Tara are here" I ask he shakes his head no "I gotta get home but thank you" he smiles "Ok bye" I say he waved then walked down to his car I smile and go back inside "Who was that" the girls asks "Oh my mom" I lied holding back my giggles.
