Don't Go Away (Leif x Reader)

~Chapter 6~

   The woman shoots for the door, but Leif pops out from the hallway, arms extended, and smirking as always.

     "Aah!" The woman screams once more and runs to the kitchen behind her. She sharply circles around, finding something to protect herself. An iron pan sits on the stove and the woman quickly swipes it, holding it in front of her like a sword. Leif turns the corner, his smirk dropping as he sees the pan in her hand. Rhys follows him angrily.

     "A weapon!" Leif gasps. Hearing this, Pierce walks out the door, his long sword in his hands. Leif, Rhys, and Noi grab their weapons as well. Y/N jumps off the table and teleports in front of the woman to try and stop the boys.

     "Stop it guys!" Y/N shouts.

     "She's the one who pulled the weapon out on us!" Leif tells her. Y/N activates her fire and ice powers in her hands.

     "If you hurt her she's either going to scream or call reinforcements," Y/N states.

     "Heh, it wouldn't be the first time I made a female scream," Leif says.

     "Oh shut up," Y/N orders, flicking her fingers at him and sparks of fire are shot directly toward Leif.

     "I thought I dreamed you guys up!" The woman stutters behind Y/N.

     "How?" Y/N asks.

     "She saw us in her sleep?!" Noi wonders, once again wide-eyed.

     "She must have the ability to foresee us coming. Humans in this world are powerful," Rhys declares.

     "What the hell are you guys talking about?" The woman questions.

     "Miss, we mean you know harm," Y/N turns around towards her, her hands free of the powers she had activated.

     "I thought we meant all the harm?" Pierce thought aloud.

     "Asch isn't here," Rhys whispers to him. "Please we need your help and-"

     "I saw you guys doing magic power stuff! Are you the devil's servants?!" The woman shouts.

     "The.. devil?" Leif asks.

     "She means a demon," Rhys tells him.

     "Ohh."

     "Hear us out, we come with peaceful intent to-" Y/N starts, but as always, her brother has to interrupt her.

     "I've uncovered it!" Asch declares from the other room.

     "What?" Y/N asks, annoyed.

     "The source of her power," Asch replies.

     "Really?!"

     "Asch and I found it before, but we weren't sure," Pierce states.

     "W-What?!" still holding the pan up, the woman whispers.

     Asch smirks as he raises his arm and hand, holding a white bra.

     "Woah..." Noi says in awe. "What's that?"

     "Guys... that's a woman's undergarment," Y/N points out, seeing the woman's face behind her flushed with embarrassment. Asch quickly drops the bra onto the floor, embarrassed as well. He quickly shakes it away as he goes to his next point.

     "That can't be true. This human is a sorcerer. Rhys, here," Asch hands a book to the male next to him. The book's cover was a blue-haired woman wearing a white set of undergarments with the title, "Bra's Magazine".

     "Fascinating... it seems like a combat guide. It shows human females engaging in a fierce battle with each other with these very garments!" Rhys flips through the magazine.

     Y/N shakes her head at the sight of the idiotic boys in front of her. She doesn't know much about human society, but when it came to female humans and female Daemos, there is a lot in common.

     "That doesn't look like any combat I've seen," Leif eyes the book. Y/N blasts a gust of wind at Leif, forcing him to look away.

     The young woman gently pushes Y/N out of the way while she chucks the pan toward Asch's face. Y/N lets out a laugh as she sees this.

     The woman runs past the boys and toward the door, screaming to let her out. Pierce quickly follows her and grabs her from behind.

     "Leif, make peace with her," Rhys orders. Leif nods and walks toward the lady. Y/N teleports next to her brother, hearing him sigh.

     "Let's just kill her and-"

     "Your majesty, you said you wanted a prisoner! An informant if I do recall," Rhys tells him. Noi and Y/N quickly walk toward Pierce, Leif, and the woman, wanting to know why she is still screaming.

     "This one is too powerful of a sorcerer... and annoying," He whispers the last part.

     "True, but that could work in our favor. Realistically, we'll go through this kind of resistance with every other kind of human we encounter. Just let Leif work his charm," Rhys says, hopeful.

     As Y/N leans on the door so the woman can't escape, she watches Leif try to calm the maiden down.

     "It's okay! Calm down, we're not gonna hurt you," Leif states. The woman continues to scream in Pierce's grasp.

     "Hey hey hey, look at me," Leif instructs. As he catches the woman's attention, he smiles at her.

     This makes it worse, the female screaming louder and squirming around more. Y/N slightly laughs at how it failed completely.

     "What did I do?" Leif wonders.

     "Wow, never seen someone reject your smile like that," Noi subtly states.

     "Yeah... it works on Y/N every time," Leif replies.

     "Hey! Th-that's not true!" Y/N blushes but hides it by yelling.

     "Sure whatever you say," Leif winks at her.

     "She seems to be immune to your charm. Perhaps a cultural misunderstanding. She's going to alert the other E-arth residents. Calm her down now!" Rhys orders. With that, Pierce frees his hand and covers the woman's mouth, making the screaming more muffled.

     "Haha! Good job Pierce!" Noi smiles and claps.

     "Indeed," Rhys agrees.

     "The noise is still unbearable! Ugh, I'll shut her up!" Asch activates a fireball in his hand, ready to aim.

     "Ach! Stop!" Rhys states, but it's too late.

     Asch aims the fireball toward the woman's head and throws it. Before Pierce or the other Daemos could react, Y/N teleports in front of the girl and a water wall appears in front of her. The fireball flings right at Y/N's face, but the wall consumes the fire.

     "You know, you should be glad I came on this little field trip with all of you. I'm the only one that can correct Asch's mistakes and keep Leif in order," Y/N declares as the water wall disappears into thin air, a droplet returning to the crown on her head.

     "She's not lying," Leif shrugs.

     "Tch, whatever," Asch scoffs.

     "Hurting her won't help, we have to wait till she calms down. Which should be any moment now," Rhys suggests. Y/N rolls her eyes, if she knows one thing about this human female, she isn't going to stop screaming after being kidnapped.
