Shubman's viewpoint :
"Bro, sunn na." Ishan urged me again while I kept running on the treadmill at a high pace.
"Bhaunk." I giggled while pushing down my headphones and lessened the speed a bit.
"Aaj Samikhya ka business trip end ho raha hai aur Anushree bhi ab jaa rahi hai, toh humne decide kiya hai unke jaane se pehle ghumne chalte hain." He said and my smile faded away.
I don't want to see Anushree. Since the day the opera house incident happened, she hasn't talked even once to me.
She stayed in Ash's room till the time we were in Sydney. We traveled cities in between as well but still, she didn't make any efforts to approach me.
Even after the Indian team won the one day series, Anushree didn't congratulate me.
She has such a bad attitude, I'm not going to tolerate it. Its very arrogant.
"Anushree ke liye kuch karne ki zarurat nahi, usko bohat attitude hai." I stated.
"Yaar itna immature mat behave kar, woh bohat acchi hai. Humein at least usko acche note pe Mumbai bhejna chahiye, khush ho jaayegi." Ishan smiled while suggesting so.
"Tu bhi Kamlesh jaisa ho gaya hai." I sighed.
"I realised I was wrong." He admitted.
"Acchi baat hai. Ab jaa uske saath hi baat kar, mujhe pareshaan mat kar." I said in an annoyed voice and put on my headphones again.
"Please Shubman, ek baar usse pooch toh le. Agar uska lake jaane ka mann ho toh saath le aana." Ishan requested me again.
"Fine. I'm just doing it for you." I sighed.
After gym session was over, I went back to my room whose door was already open.
I can see Anushree folding her clothes and packing them in her travel bag.
Should I ask her about the lake plan or not? After all this attitude that she has been giving me, I don't feel like talking to her.
"Anushree." I called out her name and she turned around.
"Yes?" She asked a few seconds later.
"We're going to visit a lake today, do you want to come?" I finally asked her.
"I don't want to disturb you guys.." She replied a little hesitantly.
"Ishan ne tumhe invite kiya hai, aana hai toh aa sakti ho." I bluntly told her.
"Okay, I'll come." She smiled in response and I went back to ignoring her.
She doesn't deserve my attention.
Samikhya's viewpoint :
"We'd love to have you as our business partner." Our clients smiled at our team and I internally screamed at it.
The meeting went so well! Also it ended sooner than expected, I'm all free now.
Today's our last day here and this was our final meeting in Australia. I'm returning back to India tomorrow. Since Anushree's leave is over, she's returning tomorrow as well.
Ishan has planned a dinner for us tonight and for that, we'll be visiting a lake. I'm glad he's changed since the time I confronted him about his behaviour.
Now I'm really excited for tonight's dinner plans. All eight of us will be assembling together again, hopefully for the better this time.
