Jungkook: Annnd... done! You're all set now! Here's the file showing your test results. You have a lot of very obvious signs of abuse so I'm sure this will help your case.

Changbin: Thank you so much.

Jungkook: No problem~ Suran and your boy should be in the lobby waiting for you.

Changbin: Then I'll head out. Again, thank you so much.

Jungkook: Don't worry about it. If someone tried to take Taehyung away from me, I would do everything to get him back, too.

Changbin: Taehyung?

Jungkook: Ah, he's my fiance. We're getting married next month.

He shows me the ring on his fingers while his eyes shine in happiness.

Anyone can tell he's totally in love just by the way he talks about his fiance.

I smile and nod, waving goodbye and walking out of the door.

I ask a nurse to lead me to the lobby and she does.

Once we get there, I see Suran and Felix sitting in the back row of seats.

I walk closer and notice something off about Felix.

His fists are resting on his thighs, tightly clenched, and his hair is a bit messed up.

Suran notices me first and gets up, Felix doing the same moments after.

Suran: Changbin, how did it go? Do you think the results will help?

Changbin: Yeah, Jungkook said it can be strong evidence.

Suran: That's great! Let me call Yonghee and tell her, give me a few minutes.

She takes her phone and dials Yonghee's number, walking away to find somewhere quieter since a few doctors and patients are talking.

I look at Felix and wait for him to say anything, but he just stays quiet.

Changbin: Felix, everything okay?

He flinches at the sound of my voice and looks up, hesitating a bit before nodding.

Felix: Yeah... don't worry about it...

He lowers his gaze again and sits back down.

I sit down next to him and try to hold his hand, but he pulls it back.

I try not to think much about it and wait for Suran to come back.

Once she's done with the call, she walks to us with a smile.

Suran: Yonghee is really happy! I think we can actually pull this off!

Changbin: That's great!

Suran: Yeah, I'll go talk to Jungkook for a bit. You two can head home~

I nod and Felix and I stand up.

Felix: I need to go to the bathroom.

Suran: Ah, there's one when you turn the corner of the hallway to the right.

Felix: Thank you.

He walks away and Suran motions for me to come closer.

Suran: Changbin, some nurse came and took Felix away for a while. After he came back, I asked him what happened and he kept avoiding the question. Did you notice how tense he is? I'm worried something bad happened.

Changbin: Me too, he barely talked to me and even pulled away when I tried to hold his hand. He's never done that before.

Suran: Find a good time and talk to him about it, okay?

Changbin: Alright, I'll ask him while we head back home.

Suran: Cool-

Felix: I'm back, let's go...
