Thin Ice - Cobra Kai (Eli/Hawk x reader x Robby)

S E V E N T E E N - Day 1, Round 2

A few hours later (Y/N) sat having her ankle bandaged in the hospital with Demetri by her side. All she could think about was Robby. Where he could be? Was he safe? And why the hell did he kiss her? Wasn't he still with Sam?

"Excuse me? Miss (Y/N)?" The nurse attempted to get her attention. The girl looked up confused and the nurse smiled. "Your ankle isn't too severely injured. A few damaged ligaments which should heal in a few weeks. You'll have support crutches for the first 3 weeks and when you feel comfortable you can try walking on your own." She explained.

(Y/N) nodded at the nurse. "Thank you."

As the nurse left to get pain killers and crutches she looked over at her friend. "You okay Demetri?" She asked, noticing his distracted expression. "Demetri?"

He glanced up at her. "I just... can't believe Eli hurt you. I never would have thought he'd lay a finger on you. But now you can't walk because of him."

She frowned. "I think I got of lightly don't you? Think about what Miguel must be like..." she said, tearing up at the thought. "H-he.. he could die." She sobbed.

Demetri stood up and pulled her into a hug, stroking her back. "He'll pull through. I know he will."

For two weeks (Y/N) had to attend school alone. Anyone and everyone involved in the fight was suspended or expelled, even Demetri. The only friend she had was Moon, but they shared no classes.

What was worse was the crutches. It was a battle to get from one class to the other, sometimes a few classmates would offer to carry her books or bag which was a big help. But most of the time she struggled.

So it was a godsend when Demetri returned to school, the only bad news that came with it was that if he was back... so was Hawk. And she really didn't want to see him around.

"Thanks for the help Chris." (Y/N) smiled as he carried her bag on the way to their first class. Demetri and Nathaniel also by their side.

"Its no problem. You look like you could use the help." Chris smiled in return, not bothered at all.

She laughed slightly as she knew she must seem helpless with the crutches by her side. She couldn't wait to be rid of them. As she opened her mouth to respond she was cut off by a group of freshmen girls greeting her friend.

"Hey Demetri." They giggled as they walked past.

The group looked in total disbelief, not sure if the girls were joking or not.

"Someone knows who I am." Demetri grinned. "A.. human female!"

"You're famous now, 'Met." Chris teased, causing (Y/N) to laugh.

"Enjoy it while you can." She giggled, leaning on her crutches.

The group turned back onto their original course towards their class, only to come face to face with Hawk and two of his Cobra friends. (Y/N) immediately stuck to Demetri, trying to stay balanced.

"Got soemthing to say?" Mitch grumbled, glaring at Chris who seemed unphased by the clear threat.

"Yeah, check out my new lit book." He smirked, holding up a book that he had previously floored him with. (Y/N) had only heard stories of it but knew a hardcover book hit hard. "It's got a lot of hard hitting shit, you know what i mean?"

Mitch backed off slightly, most likely not wanting another run in with the book.

Hawk scowled. "All this security won't be enough to protect your scawny ass." He spat, glancing at (Y/N) for a split second, who glared at him with angry eyes.
