Y/N L/N, a young freshman attending an average high school, has gone through many ordinary twists and turns for a typical high school student. At the moment, she was part of a band with her group of friends, and her band was in need of a lead singer.
Out of pure luck, she just so happens to meet the rumored transfer student with an amazing voice and cyan hair right before her class starts. He looked wistful, and almost talked in beeps, but had cheered up once he had talked to her more. He was known as Oto Hajime.
And Y/N is determined (sort of, considering how sad he looked before) to invite him to their band.
After the last bell rang for the end of the last period, Y/N L/N quickly exited the period classroom, taking any necessary homework from the class to work on later.
During her stroll to her club room, she decided to think on inviting Oto.
'Should I... really invite Oto to join our band...?' She thought, looking straight ahead to focus more on her thoughts. 'I mean, he definitely didn't seem up to join any clubs... He looked so regretful, and he looked like he needed some time for himself. Maybe I shouldn-'
Y/N then suddenly bumped into somebody, sending her backwards. She yelped in surprise, quickly catching her balance before she fell onto the hard ground. Her face was panicked as she looked back to the person she bumped into, who was rubbing their side, since they came from her right.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" She blurted out, staring worriedly at them.
"It's fine, I wasn't looking..." The person said, now facing Y/N with a forced smile on their face. "I should get going."

And with that, they were gone.
Only then did Y/N realize that she had bumped into Scarlet Demunberg, a famous student around the school. She was a descendant of a demon bloodline, and because of that, she had a swarm of people around her constantly. Including her boyfriend, the hottest and wealthiest student in the school, Taro Takahashi. Also known as Senpai. The group that swarmed Scarlet were mostly made up of girls asking if they can hook up with her Dad to eff, asking to be friends, or to be cursed, sometimes h*rny guys. But she'd usually just ignore them, or excuse herself to leave.
'Hold on a second, was that... Scarlet Demunberg? That demon girl who's dating Takahashi?' Y/N thought as she watched the brunette dash away to another hallway. 'Is something wrong? She looked like she was pretty mad...'
She immediately shook her head. 'But that's not important, I need to head to my club to tell everyone I met Oto!'
Y/N L/N rushed into Class 1-C, her club's class, at sonic speed. Once in, she clapped her hands onto her knees, winded after her panicked run to get to her club on time. After she finally felt her breathing calm down, she looked up and around the room.
