Getting your heart broken is inevitable.
Like how time will always flow, people will always come and go. Sometimes you want to grab onto them because you love them too much to let go. You know that they can't ever be replaced and there won't be someone like them ever again.
Everyone leaves eventually.
Hoseok didn't know that Aveline would be exiting from his life this quickly. He also didn't know that it would be because of one of his dearest friends.
Hoseok has always been conscious of himself. Sure, he loves himself, but there are days where he drown in self doubt. Before Aveline came along he was starting to get convinced that no one would ever love him again, not when he's a broken mess. No one wants to clean up a mess someone else made.
Then Aveline showed him that his pieces are not broken beyond repair. She picked up all his shards and fixed them back together with her love.
She pulled him out from the whirlwind of pain and nursed him back to health. And just when he's thinks he's ready to step out into the world again, she rips off all the bandages and pushes him back into the tornado.
I knew it. No one loves me. I'm not good enough, I've never been and never will be.
"Hyung!" Jungkook's waving hand snaps Hoseok back to reality. "The water!"
Hoseok looks down at his hand only to see that it's encased with water. There's a mini pool growing at his feet and the overflowing cup is only making it worst.
"Are you okay hyung?" Jimin's soft and wary voice permeates through the room.
"Don't waste your worries on him Jimin, he can't even pour water right." Taehyung scoffs loudly.
"What did you say?" Hoseok asks. He hasn't even gotten started with Taehyung yet but here he is provoking him.
"What? Even your ears don't work now? Makes sense why your loyalty isn't in check then." Taehyung scoffs, snapping at the older man spitefully. Hoseok sucks in a deep breath as he tries to calm himself down. He doesn't want to get into a fight with Taehyung, not when there are others there.
"Stop it Taehyung, I don't want to—"
"Don't want to what? Tell everyone the truth?" The younger male provokes.
But Taehyung is really making it difficult for Hoseok to hold back.
"What about you? Isn't there something they should know?" Hoseok narrows his eyes, his jaw clenched.
"Stop it hyung, we both know the truth. If you still want to stay friends then stop it here."
The thing is, none of the two know the whole truth. Even so, they still wanted to protect each other.
"Why should I stop? I'm not the one at fault here." Hoseok grits his teeth. Taehyung slowly starts to frown.
"You're not the one at fault? I saw what happened hyung! Stop lying to my face!" The latter snarls angrily while getting closer.
"Oh I'm the one that's lying now? What about you? Are you saying that you were truthful the whole time?" Hoseok shouts back, slamming down his glass of water. Taehyung swallows. He knows exactly what the older man is talking about.
"This isn't about what I did hyung, it's about you. If you didn't cheat on Aveline I wouldn't have said that!" Taehyung states angrily.
Hoseok moves right in front of Taehyung. They're glaring at each other with dangerous gazes.
