•over the summer Nini goes to California with her moms, just like Ricky goes with his dad.
What happens when they meet and they also find out they go to the same school?
What happens once the holidays will be over?•
We just landed, the flight was pretty short and comfortable. I fell asleep after a few minutes so my mom just woke me up, i was kind of tired not gonna lie, after we took our suitcases above us we slowly moved to the exit of the plane, we still had some suitcases to take tho so we stopped before going outside.
In the meantime I deactivated the plane mode on my phone and and saw a few notifications coming, some of them were texts of friends asking how was the flight, which I answered with a simple 'good'.
Then mama D came with the last suitcase and we stopped at a restaurant at the airport because it was 1 pm already and we wanted to eat something before going to our place, we all ate pasta and mama C went to pay.
"So how did you sleep hun?" Asked mama D. "Pretty good actually, I didn't sleep too much tho 'cause the flight was short" i said still rubbing my eyes from the sleep and then drinking from my water bottle.
Mama C came shortly after and we moved to our car that my moms rented at the airport "nice car huh" said mama C "yeah it's pretty good" i said with a chuckle. We put our suitcases in the back of the car and started to go to 'the place' that i still haven't seen even a picture of. I know what you're thinking, I'm dumb, i could have searched online the name of it and see the pictures there and bla bla bla, but guess what? My moms didn't give me the name, exactly!
They wanted to let me a full surprise for it, they said it was because i have never travelled out of Utah before, and because i had pretty much good grades so far, so all i can expect is something more than a hotel and I'm very exited for it!
General pov:
Nini and her moms arrived at this pretty big place, it was kind of a residence but with different houses instead of a building with little apartments in the inside; they were like cabins but with only one floor, every house had a number and there were different paths, there was a pool, a tennis and a basketball court too! So like.. 5 houses had a a pathway to the pool, and a longer path to the basketball and tennis court. Then maybe 10 others were closer to the tennis court and far from the pool!
By the entrance there was a little park too but not too many kids went there 'cause it was very hot. Yeah to say that Nini was amazed was an understatement. It was a little far from the beach yes, but it was worth it!
Oh and not to forget there was also a room at the entrance with a big piano! so people could always play something.

Nini's pov:
"Woah-" "Do you like it?" Asked mama D.
"Mom I LOVE IT! OH MY GOD THERE IS EVERYTHING HERE!!" I ran to the park direction to see the amazing view of it, the place wasn't too up on the city but it still had an amazing view.
"Good" i heard mama D whisper to mama C We then went to the reception for our key and the last things to pay for, we had house number 7, which luckily wasn't too far from the entrance, just a couple houses.
Ricky pov:
I spent all afternoon packing already, yeah I know I still have a day to pack, 'cause it's Saturday and we leave on Monday, but I like to be prepared, just in case I forget something you know..
After that it was already time for dinner so I went in the kitchen to find nobody, my dad wasn't home which kind of surprised me from the time it was, but then he came through the door with a big grin
"hey why are you so happy?"
"oh umm.." he said scratching the back of his neck "...nothing important".
He's being sus right now
