Roman's POV

Holy shit.

I'm still in shock that that throw from Eldon worked. I was even doubting myself for making that move but fuck was it worth it.

"I think I saw Coach smile!" Sanchez exclaims shocked.

"Sanchez," Eldon calls, and Sanchez turns his head to see Eldon motion towards the crowd.

He looks over and sees Skyler sitting in the crowd waving at him excitedly which he didn't know about. A fucking blind man could see the way he just completely changed when he saw her.

Everyone tries to hide their laughs as they see him gawk at her as she smiles at him, and Sanchez looks around to see us all with a set-glare.

"Shut the fuck up," he states, making everyone laugh as they get back into the game.

"So wait," Rider stops us. "Sanchez is whipped as hell and Eldon got with a girl after having sex with her," Rider says shocked since it's like they switched personalities.

"And Roman likes someone," Legend adds.

I give him a deathly look because he had to bring my ass into this.

"No I-," I begin to repeat loudly at what I've been saying for the past month, but they stop me.

"Game time." Eldon claps as they all agree just so that I can't finish what I was going to repeat.

Dicks.

"How does my ass look?" Rider squats down.

"Get the fuck up." I sigh because even in public, he can ask these dumbass things.

He right's before getting back up. The other team is just watching us talk about Rider's ass and watch the whole show as we are beginning to prepare for this final moment.

They probably think we're stupid.

I would too.

Third Person's POV: (Again, I'm sorry)

Roman stands behind Nelson and waits for him to hand him the ball. He has two plays to decide over which coach gave him, so he decides that all they need to do is keep the other team from reaching their field and they'll easily be able to win.

Nelson passes the ball to Rider and Rider grabs it before running out to the field with his head back like a "fucking psychopath" as Roman would say and is thinking. The play was for him to just run out and keep going until he can get the ball passed towards Legend while keeping it from the other team the entire time, but apparently, he has something else in store.

Rider knows that he's known as the dumb or funny friend, and he also knows that's his advantage. He may not be the smartest at times, but that doesn't mean he doesn't understand internally what's going on around him and what he has to do.

He spins around one of the players trying to tackle him, and while Riders' team is trying to defend their side, they're also watching him with their mouths open at what he's doing.
