"What's wrong? It looks like you just saw a ghost."

If only you knew, Rey. I live with a demon and you're still worse than him.
My shaky finger points at his badge.

"Y-Your last name.."
Please just tell me I'm imagining shit.

Not him.

"Oh yeah. Long story short, my family name is 'Sato' now. It's Japanese."

My whole world crumbles in front of me.
What...am I going to do?

It's him. I'm sure he's a Sato. After all this world only wants to make my life a living hell. And what better way than to lead every answer to the man I hate.

"Oh..."
"You sure you're okay?"

"Y-Yeah. I- uhm...gonna go smoke a cig."
Rey judges me but soon nods.

I run to get a cig and hurry outside. Sliding down the wall as the smoke leaves my mouth.

A tear falls from my right eye.

I'm sick and tired of him. Why does he always find a way back into my life? I don't want him.

Leave me alone.

"Fuck you."
I say to everyone in general. Hating everyone.

So what am I going to do now? Start being nice to him? Forgive him? Love him? No hate?
It's the only option I have.

All because of his last name that holds all the answers.

My answers.

"What happened?"
My hand wipes the tear away in a flash. Aziel approaches me. My phone in his hands.

"Nothing. Just felt overwhelmed."
"Do you want to go home?"
I honestly nod.

Aziel grabs my weak arm and lifts me up. Letting me lean on him.

"Let's go."
I zoned out the whole way home.

Trying to figure out what my next steps are.
This is what I got so far:

Step 1: Go back to school.
It'll be easier to approach Rey.

Step 2: Don't let ex-guy out of your sight.

Step 3: Get that motherfucker in your hands.

Step 4: Let him invite you to his house.

Step 5: Inspect the whole crusty place.

Step 6: Find anything related to Akira.

Step 7 (the most important one):
Drop that son of a bitch like a microphone.

My game plan. As long as I don't let my wall fall between us and don't let the emotion take over.

I'm fine! Right?

I mean it's not like I'll fall in love with him again. No absolutely not.

My spiralling thoughts don't stop until I hear Nola's voice as I go through the entrance.
"You're back early?"

"Don't feel good."

Her mouth turns into a sad one, feeling pity for me and my pale face. I mentally roll my eyes.

"Well I guess I shouldn't give you this."

Nola reveals a white envelope she was hiding behind her arches back. I take it.
"What's this about?"

"You better read it yourself."
Her careful words spark my curiosity.

I messily rip it open. An invitation to an event.
