3 Weeks Later....

Leaving Joe was very difficult but I promised him that I would make time for us whenever I had the opportunity. Tonight is the first night of my tour and I'm so excited. I had to do 108 shows. 1 in Africa, 12 in Asia, 47 in Europe, 32 in North America, 7 in Oceania, and 9 in South America. Right now, I'm in Africa and I'm gonna be on stage in twenty minutes. I get hair and makeup done and then I put my costume on. I walked around backstage and found my dancers and back up singers and we all prayed that this tour would be a success. It was finally my time for me to go on stage and give it all I got:

I was on my private jet relaxing in bed. That first tour performance had worn me out and I'm so proud that many people came out and enjoyed themselves. My phone rang and I grabbed it, and looked at the caller ID and it was Joe and I answered it.

"Hey baby," I said.

"Hey, how was your first tour performance?," he asked.

"It worn me out is what I can tell you. But it was a great show. A lot of fans that were there enjoyed it."

"That's sounds great, babe. Where are you headed now?"

"I'm headed towards Asia. I have to do 12 shows up there."

"That's good. I called to see how my lady was doing," Joe said.

"Aww, you miss me already?"

"Hell yeah." I laughed.

"I miss you, too and I promise that I'll make time for us and whenever your off you can come to one of my shows if you're interested," I told him.

"What can be more interesting than seeing my woman do what she loves?"

"I don't know," I said, giggling.

"Exactly," he replied back.

"So... what are you doing right now," Joe asked.

"I'm on the jet in bed laying down," I told him.

"That performance really did wore you out, huh?"

"Mhm."

"You sound tired. I'll talk to you later, baby, okay?"

"Ok."

"Goodnight, my love," he said.

"Goodnight." Then I hung up the phone. We have been dating since nearly the end of January and it feels like years. I turned off the tv and the lights and went to sleep.

I just landed in Asia and I was in the studio with my dancers, back up singers, The Mamas, and tech people while preparing for one of the twelve shows by doing sound check, practicing choreography, and making sure stuff we're getting done in time. The show was starting in four hours and I was nervous. I'm always gonna be nervous regardless of how long I've been in the music industry and it's not easy being in it. We all hung out, joked around, and had our laughs until it was time for us to get ready for the show. I got my hair and makeup done and out on my first costume for the night. My crew and I all gathered around and prayed that this performance would be a success once again. Soon it was time for me to go on stage and give it my all...

"Forty-eight more shows to go," I said, to myself. I was in my hotel room in North America. I arrived here a couple of days ago from Europe doing forty-seven shows and boy was I tired. I missed Joe a lot and I was afraid that a long distance relationship would tear us apart and I didn't want that to happen. But I wasn't the only one that was on the road a lot, Joe has been on the road quite a lot himself. Every since I've been on tour, I've been stressed out. Just plain stressed. I'm worrying about things that I shouldn't be worried about instead of doing the things that I need to focused on, and people not listening to a goddamn thing I'm saying. It's a lot. Most of the time, I just want to rip my hair out or just give up but I don't want to let my fans down. They paid their money and made time to see me performing in their city, town, or country and I don't want that to go to waste so for the sake of them, I'm going to keep pushing forward until I have no more energy left...
