"Mommy,"
I faced my daughter as she called me. "Bakit, anak?"
"Okay lang po ba 'yun? That I have two daddy's?"
I was dumbfounded by what she asked me. We're here in the garden while I was braiding her hair. She is pertaining about Nigel and Cj, this past few weeks, Nigel and Cj were visiting her in our house.
Bumalik na kami sa bahay kasi sayang naman kung hindi matitirahan. Aya and I sleep together so I won't have nightmares, knowing Aya is beside me, I've never had a nightmare.
"I have a family day at school po. My teacher said we have to go to school with our Mommy and Daddy." she seems sad while telling me. "Sino pong isasama ko? Sanay po akong si Papa po lagi nating kasama sa Spain."
I don't know what to say. It's like she's been having a hard time picking which father she should go to. Ako ang nahihirapan para sakanya. At the age of five, I don't think like this.
"Ask whoever keeps you comfortable, okay?" I kissed her forehead. "Kailan ba 'yan?"
She pouted. "At Saturday po,"
"This Saturday?"
She nodded. Nang matapos kaming mag-tanghalian. Naligo muna ako at saka pinaliguan ko din si Aya, wala kaming kasambahay dahil gusto kong maging full-time mom kay Aya. Aya went to her room afterwards.

I smiled as I saw him smile and I was about to text him back when my eye hurts again. Nahihilo at nagdidilim ang paningin ko habang nilalakad ang daan papunta sa baba para kuhanin ang eye drops ko.
My vision was really blurred and my head is painfully aching as I barely step my foot at the staircase. Hahakbang na sana ako nang magkamali ang tapak ko at nahulog ako mula sa hagdan.
Nanghihina akong gumapang ngunit sobrang sakit ng katawan ko. I held my head and saw blood in my hands, my blurry vision became worse. Nanginginig kong hinawakan ang mata, there was blood in it. That's all I remembered until my eyes finally close.
"Huwag kayong maingay, Jaime!" I heard Emet's voice.
