Ch40 Date

Foxy's POV:

I woke up with a cute purple bunny hugging me and hearing calming purrs from him. I slowly hugged him back and sighed. He was up all night again wasn't he? "Fuck..." I said with a sigh rubbing the back of his head with my hand. I brushed my hand through his hair and played with his bunny ears. "What could I do to make it up to you?" I wispered to myself. I sat and thought for a moment. Until something hatched in my mind. I could make us dinner. I did promise him after court that we could go on a date. Maybe I could ask Phantom to get me some ingredients for some stuff. I just gotta figure out what I'll wanna cook. I saw my phone on the nightstand and I slowly slipped out of Bonnie's loving arms but halfway I stopped until I was face to face with him. He looked so freaking cute that I couldn't resist to give him a soft kiss on the lips. I wish I could see him smile more often. He's always so sad about this and that I'm having night terrors because of it. He deserves so much better than this. I cupped his cheek with my hand and rubbed it with my thumb. I love him so fucking much. I could almost feel myself start to tear up thinking about him. I heald back and just listened to his soft purrs. Awhile later I slipped from his arms and got up off the bed and grabbed my phone. Ok what to cook for a date. I went to Google. Easy date night dinners. Ok let's see what we can find.

These are the best ones I could find. I decided to call Phantom and ask. I left the room so I wouldn't wake up Bonnie. I called him and waited for him to pick up. "Hello?" He said. "Hey Phantom, I um... I need you to help me with something." I asked. "What?" "I want to do something special for Bonnie. Like, cook something up for a date night but I don't know what to make." "Well I made porkchops for me and my girlfriend and for a desert I made chocolate cake. So maybe you can do something similar." "I have a couple things that I found that I could try." "Tell me." I told him the stuff that I found and he paused for a moment. "You could do Roasted Chicken with Fennel and Tomatoes and for dessert do chocolate covered strawberries or a hot chocolate with carmel syrup and wiped cream on top with a pinch of chocolate chips in the wiped cream." "Sure, I could do that. And maybe we could have the hot chocolate while watching a movie or something." "Boom, date planed. I'll get you the ingredients for everything and I'll be there shortly." "Ok, thanks man, this means a lot." "No problem man." "Oh and get a candle too. It'll make it more romantic." I quickly said. He hung up. He sounded very joyful on the phone and he actually was willing to help too. That's nice. I waited a hour and a half until I heard a knock on the door. I quickly ran over to it and opened it. It was Phantom and he had some bags with him. "Hey, I got the stuff." He said walking in. "Cool, thanks man. This is very nice of you to do this for us." I said as I closed the door and saw Phantom set the bags down on the table. "I got you the ingredients and some utensils or whatever there called." He said as he walked up to me. "Thanks." He stared at me for a moment before he spoke. "Let me see your arm." "What? Why?" I asked. "Foxy. Let me see it." I sighed and rolled up my sleeve. I looked at him and saw his eyes turn sad and his ears drooped. "Jesus christ, Foxy..." "I didnt... know what I was doing..." I said looking aside. Then I felt him hug me? I felt arms wrap around me and it felt really nice. He's never really hug hugged me. I hugged him back. "I know what your going through really sucks and it's hard to handle but this will only destroy everyone else's hearts. Your friends really care about you, Including Funtime." "I know. I know." We stayed like that for a minute before he pulled away. "I better get going. Have a good night man." He said walking towards the door. "Thank you." I said not facing him. I heard him open the door and then leave. I sighed and went over to the table and started unpacking the stuff in the bags. A while later I heard Bonnie open the door to our room and saw him walk out kinda limping. "Morning sweetheart." I said to him catching his attention to me. "Morning Captin." He replied back. I haven't herd him say Captin in awhile. "Did you go shopping?" He asked walking up to me. "No, Phantom did. He got us some stuff for tonight." "Whats tonight?" "I'm cooking us dinner. Because I promised a date after court was over." He smiled. He smiled! "Really?" He asked. "Yea. I'm gonna make dinner and then a nice dessert we can have after and maybe we could have a movie night." "Thats awesome. What are you going to be cooking?" "Well, if I tell you then it really won't be a surprise~." He giggled and that warmed my heart. "Alright. Just don't burn the apartment down ok?" He said making me laugh. "I know how to cook silly." I said kissing his cheek. "Is your leg getting better?" I asked. "Yea I can put pressure on it now." "Thats great. But if it still hurts, I can carry you." I said as I taking some of the stuff out of the packages. He giggled again. "You really treat me like a king don't you?" He said. "I do. Because your my king." "I would want to be anything but a king." "Why not?" "Too fancy for me. I'd rather be a blacksmith. Making swords and stuff. Venturing out and getting my own materials. Oh that would be so cool." "And I'll be yer hot and handsome pirate lover. Maybe ye could make me a new sword or sharpen me hook." I said with a pirate accent. He laughed and I laughed. "Ok, I'll let you cook. If you need me just shout." He said walking on the other side of me and scratching behind my ear then kissing my cheek. "I love you pirate." He said walking away towards the livingroom. "I love you too cutie~." I replied. I finished taking all of the stuff out of the bags and I heard Bonnie turn on the TV in the livingroom. I sat everything up and pulled out my phone, turned on some music and looked up the recipe for dinner. "Ok what are we working with?" I said talking to myself. I read of my phone, "Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together fennel wedges, garlic, and 1 tablespoon oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast 10 minutes." I did as it said and preheated the oven. After a couple minutes and a little bit of working I moved onto the next part. 'Toss together fennel seed, coriander, and lemon zest in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Rub chicken with 1 tablespoon oil, then spice mixture." "Hey are you good!" I heard Bonnie shout. "Yea!" I shouted back. "Ok I'm just checking!" I smiled and continued to cook. Almost an hour later I finished dinner and I looked at it. It looks great. Almost exactly like the picture. I accidentally burned mine but... I'll just give that piece to myself. I want this to be perfect for Bonnie. He deserves it. I finished setting the plate and I started the desserts. It's just hot chocolate so it wasn't too hard to cook up two of them. I placed it in the oven to keep its warmth as we were eating dinner. I grabbed the plates and looked over at Bonnie who was still on the couch watching TV. My music was still blasting so he probably couldn't hear me. I sat the plates up on the table and grabbed the candles and lit them up around the table. I turned the lights up and that made Bonnie jump and I changed the music on my phone to set the mood. "Dinner is served." I said in a fancy like voice walking over to him and lending him a hand. He smiled and took it. He turned off the TV and I pulled him up and took him over towards the table. He gasped smiled. "You made it very special for me." He said with a giggle. "I wanna make it special for my handsome blacksmith king." I said making him giggle. I brought him over towards his seat and pulled his chair out for him. He smiled and sat down and I scooted him back towards the table. "This looks amazing Foxy." He said as I took my seat. "Thank you. I tried my best." I said as he took a bite. I waited until he swallowed and then asked, "So, tell me what you think." He waited a moment and then spoke, "It tastes great. It's got a perfect amount of seasoning and it doesn't taste too dry. I love it." I smiled in Joy and started to try my food. "It does taste surprisingly good. I expected it to taste somewhat funky because I cooked it." I said after swallowing. "Well you did amazing for a Pirate." He said making me giggle. We started eating our food until I thought of something. "So... what do you wanna talk about?" I asked. "We can play 10 questions. Like, I ask a question, you answer it and then I answer it the you ask a question." He said. "Sure, you start first." I said. "Hm... When was the first time you felt feelings for me?" "Hm... Well I wouldn't say I had had feelings for you when we first met but I did find you cute and your singing voice was beautiful... well... now thinking about it... I probably got feelings for you when we first met. How about you?" I asked. "I kinda felt feelings for you when we first met but I had confusing feelings for you because I didn't want you to know what I was going through and I didn't want you to get hurt trying to help me but when we escaped Kai, I accepted my feelings for you and fell in love with you." He said. "Ok my turn. Um... What did you feel when you first interacted with me?" I asked. "At first, I saw you as the protective type and the talkative type of person and after you talked to me I felt like I made a friend and I was happy but confused at the same time. And you?" "I saw you as the quiet and lonely type of person that really needed help and a friend who could help you through those problems and after I talked with you I felt extremely happy that I helped you from those bullies." "My turn, what's your sexuality?" He asked. "Um... Well, I've never really thought about my sexuality really before. I found girls cute but guys cute too. I actually wanted to ask out Freddy a couple years ago but I found out he was straight and he probably wouldn't want to date me so I gave up on asking out people for awhile. Chica asked me out and then ChiChi did the same and I dated them but didn't feel that kind of love I feel with you now. So I guess I'd say I'm Gay. What about you?" "I never really had a huge feel for woman. Not like in a bad way but I just felt a stronger relationship with men. Anyways I've never talked or had any friends. I just never felt that strong bond with females. That's why I fell for Kai's trap. So I guess I'm Gay too." Bonnie said going back to eating. "My turn. hm... Damn I. Running out of ideas. Um... How do you get through my night terrors?" I asked. "Your soft spot behind your ear. And then I just cuddle with you and sing until your calm. What are your night terrors about?" He asked. "Kai and our friends hurting us, me losing you and you getting hurt. Sometimes though, those nightmares fade away somehow." "Then that's me. I just got awesome dream powers." Bonnie joked making both of us laugh and making my heart warm listening to his beautiful laugh. "Well that's five questions so far. Hm... When did you learn how to cook?" He asked. "I learned on my own. My parents would go out alot so I used to like to cook myself and funtime dinner and sometimes cook Phantom dinner. They would enjoy it too. Surprisingly. And yes, I know it sounds pretty weird that I would in my free time cook dinner for my siblings." He giggled. "I don't find it weird. I learned how to cook myself too. I used to make myself dinner and if I made extra I would suprise my mom or my dad with it." I smiled and then asked my question. "What made you want to learn guitar?" "I've always been into music so I felt this urge to learn and my mom gave me her guitar and my dad gave me a 'how to play guitar' book. What about you?What made you want to learn how to play guitar?" Bonnie asked back. "Well, I wanted to learn how to play so I could try and write a song for my lover. I just thought it would be super romantic. And I wanted you to teach me because I thought that you would be a wonderful teacher and I thought you teaching me w ould bring us closer together too." He smiled and then asked, "What your love spot? Like, your romantic switch?" "Um... that's a good question. I guess it's loves touch. Like feeling someone else hug you or hold your hand and kiss you or cuddles. If that explains it really. What's your love spot?" "Pretty much the same thing but also a tad of personality. I would like someone who has a great personality, just like you." He said making me giggle. I sighed and then looked into his ruby eyes. He finished his food and was waiting for me to finish. "Do you know what you want to do with your future?" I asked. He looked aside and shrugged. "I'm not really sure, no. I still have to find myself and explore things. But I of course can't do that alone." He replied looking back into my eyes. I smiled and took a bite of my food. "Do you know what to do with your future?" He asked back. "Not really. I want to spend it with someone though." I said looking at him again and smiling. "Last question... why do you gotta be so sweet?" Bonnie asked. "Its just my perk. Why do you~ gotta be so sweet?" We both laughed. I finished my food and got up and grabbed out empty drinks and plates off the table. "I made us desert too. We can have it while we have a movie night if you want." I said grabbing his ate and drink. "Awe that's nice of you. Sure we can. I'll go set up the couch and get us blankets." Bonnie said. I giggled and kissed his cheek softly. "I love you so much sweetie." I said begaining to walk towards the sink. "I love you ten times more." He said back. I sat the plates and glasses in the sink and washed them. After I finished I grabbed our hot chocolates and put our straws in them. I walked over to the couch to see Bonnie already wrapped up in a blanket and had everything ready. "I made hot chocolates!" I said. "Yummy. What's in it?" He asked as I sat them down on the coffee table in front of us and wrapped up in the blanket with him. We both were sitting up so we could drink our hot chocolates and we both grabbed out cups. "Its hot chocolate with carmel syrup on the inside and wiped cream with chocolate chips on top." He smiled and scooted closer to me and took a sip. "Tastes amazing." He said. I smiled and grabbed the TV controller. "So what do you wanna watch?" I asked. "We could watch some Marvel movies. I heard some new ones came out." "Then we'll watch that." I scrolled around on Disney plus and turned on whatever was the newest Marvel movie and we cuddled up. "I love you Captian Foxy." Bonnie said. "I love you too Cutie."
