Feeling kisses being pressed on my face I groaned and forced my head father in the blankets hearing an all too familiar laugh making me smile while my eyes were still closed.
"Goodmorning baby," Jahkari spoke making me finally open my eyes, turning my head to look at him.
"Hi," I said and he began laughing again.
"Happy birthday," He kissed my forehead and I suddenly remembered all of last night.
Looking down we were both tangled up in the blankets on the hotel bed, clothes on the floor.
"Thank you, what time is it?" I asked sitting up and rubbing my eye.
"Almost one," He said pulling me back to lay down, wrapping his arm around my shoulder.
I laid my head on his chest for a moment and felt myself falling back asleep.
"No, you don't." Jahkari shook me making me roll my eyes. "We have brunch in an hour and things to do today. You've been asleep all morning." He said.
"Fine, I'm going to take a shower." I got out of bed taking one of the blankets with me.
"You mean we." He corrected, following me into the bathroom.

"You guys seriously didn't have to get me anything, you all came with me out here," I told them as we walked into the Airbnb.
We'd all just arrived here after brunch, I'm currently off of three mimosas. I had so much fun but Jahkari assured me my day was just beginning.
"Girl shut up," Naya said once we reached the living room.
