Family on the Octopod

In the Octopod, there is a sort of family dynamic of Barnacles being the dad, and Inkling being the grandpa of their wild, chaotic, zoo of a family, and everyone else are the siblings, Dashi's the hypothetical oldest, then Peso, Shellington, Tweak, Kwazii, then the kids, and the Vegimals are the babies, but Tweak insists that in terms of maturity, Kwazii's the youngest.

On Friday nights, everyone gets in their pajamas to help the Vegimals make comfort food and then goes to the library for story time and Inkling always picks the book he's sure everyone will like, and one that's appropriate for all ages, he made that mistake with "The Landlady". They grab pillows, cushions, blankets, whatever's the comfiest, lay them on the ground, and listen to the story. If anyone falls asleep, there's a debate on whether they should prank them or not, it's yes if most of the crew is in a good mood, but usually they don't get to prank them, because the answer's either no, or someone, (Kwazii...) wakes them up by being too loud.

The kids are well...little demons sometimes, whenever they have a babysitter, they have either Squirt or Koshi pretend to be the good kid, and this scene from Jessie goes down. And Peso, Inkling, and Dashi wonder why they can't ever get a babysitter!
